Well that's understandable but I really need this to go through as I kind of screwed up a little and shorted myself l have plenty eq to front load but only a couple weeks afer that so I hope he gets back soon.
 
I've been in contact with him as well. Just picked up a few more items to fix some loose ends on my cycle. Gonna be doing a log too. Just had bloods done while off of all gear for a month so I'm sure I'll be starting fresh with my levels in the toilet. I will only be using UP oils and some legit ALP dbols (which I was surprised to find out they were real due to my past experiences with them).

Gonna look like this (for now)...
Test E 600 EW 1-12
Test P 300 EW 1-12
Deca 600 EW 1-12
Bold Cyp 600 EW 1-12
ALP Dbol 50-100mg ED 1-4
HCG 750 iu EW throughout

I'm gonna adjust accordingly based on my hair loss. Lol. That's why there's no Tren which is really depressing. As I said before, one bottle of acetate @500mg EW made me hair fall out in clumps! Currently sitting at 250lbs, 14% bf, been out of the gym for 3 months (life got in the way). I may actually take some measurements this time for a reference.

For the first time in my life I will be doing a full blown diet to try to get my size back but my goal is to be at 260 with a 6 pack at the end of 3 months. I had 19+ inch arms cold before I quit. I'm embarrassed to even be seen by @brutus79 or @johnnyBALLZ in the gym right now. I still hit 315 on the flat for 11 and 225 afterwards for 26 so I wasn't too depressed that day. A far cry from my PR with 225 for 39 reps. Oh well, I'm coming back!!

I will be doing mid-cycle bloods too. So far I've only taken 300mg of each compound and I feel phenomenal compared to a few days ago when my test levels were in the toilet. So far so good.
 
I kinda want my BF so low that I have a 6 pack without flexing. Right now it's visible but I'm going for aesthetics since my powerlifting days are over. I'm getting older and wiser and it's too risky. I just don't see the point anymore? I still want to be strong but it's no longer my main focus. Never before have I considered myself to be anything but a powerlifter. This transition into aesthetic bodybuilding is going to be weird and I don't know where to start? I'm thinking of doing some powerlifting early in the workout and then transition to higher reps and focusing on the pump throughout the rest of the workout.

For example...
Monday - Chest/Bis
1) Flat bench- Warmup for 2 sets, then jump to my 10 rep max for 3 sets
2) Incline bench - 3 sets of 8-12
3) Db's or machines at various angles for 6 sets of 10-20 reps to get the pump
4) Some sort of burnout exercise for 3-4 sets until failure

I will follow the same principles and rep ranges for the other body parts as well, aside from legs, I have a kickass workout for them.

Any thoughts? Is bodybuilding more about focusing on the pump than the weight? I'm open to suggestions too!! I think I may post this in the workout section too but I want juicers opinions here. Looking for that old school physique. Thanks fellas!

Pretty much what we are doing. Starting off with max efforts followed by high rep one muscle group per week and the second time it is high rep slow contraction stuff. Everything twice a week but legs.
 
It's gonna take me a month or so to be able to do each muscle twice a week. I did two full body workouts this week to try and make this coming week a little bit easier, and holy shit I'm sore. I haven't felt like this in years. I'm hoping I can work my up to that to try it. Thanks @brutus79. Please don't make fun of me when you see me back in there again. I'm not what I used to be. Lol.

Text me- we can meet up for some sessions. Tuesdays you already know but we do tues chest, weds night legs, thursday noon back, saturday noon chest and sunday 330 back again. Tris on chest day bis on back day. Holla!

As far as your diet goes, how many calories over TDEE are you going to be eating?

I order tren ace, enth and hex and have tried all from UP

The ace did what tren is meant to do. Make you lean and strong.

The enth made me weaker, bloated and lost my aggression

Switched to hex after complaining to UP.
Hex is no better than the enth, even running it at 500mg weekly. My lifts are going up slowly unlike the ace which was daily.

I just contacted the rep again, not really looking for replacements, but that hex is expensive and i wish I never bought them.

Yeah anybody else seen or heard anything? I am waiting for an order from last week, was told tracking would be sent Wednesday and still no word and today is friday, not panicked yet just curious
