We all take the risk. Do what you can to mitigate it. Order small amounts, test it, and order as much as you can afford while it's good.

I wish more UGL's would put legit batch #'s, it would help us all.

Then you would know if what you received is bunk and entitle you to a replacement or refund. And the source is stuck with unsaleable product. Not a great business model.

On the flip side, they will relabel said product with the "gtg" batch numbers. Then when the word gets out that that batch is bunk, we'll be back to where we started.

Feels like we are chasing our tails. It's fucked up. Smh.

I get what you're saying. But, if they're going to lie about batch numbers, they're going to lie about the quality of the gear anyway. That's why we do what we CAN to mitigate it. I actually think UP is a good UGL. They have been in the past, for quite some time. I think they had one bad run, but to be honest, I'd try them again. Shit happens. No one got sick or infections. We pinned some underdosed oils, life goes on.

It sucks, but, what can you do? IMHO this rep/source is still you're best bet.

I wouldn't say that... But, I genuinely believe UP was sold some bunk raws, didn't test and distributed. I don't think UP tried to fuck anyone over.

The lack of reimbursement is a little shitty, but, what can you do?

i have been siting this one out but it is time to speak out, i agree any ugl can get bad raws, but the ugl itself just saying fuck you we dont stand behind our gear and will give no replacements should be unacceptable in anybodys book , i labmaxed my eq , primo, and mast and it all failed , i took all my up shit and through it in the trash where it belonged, up screwed me one time i will never spend my money with them again , on the other hand the reseller i got it from i would not hesitate a minute to buy from him again...

I understand things happen in this business so t/a times can get long. I'm fine with that. What I have a problem with is the reseller not even bothering to return an email or PM inquiring about my pack. If it's going to be a long wait, then just say so. Needless to say, at this point I have no idea where my order stands, and that's not the way to run this business. So reseller, how about it? Can I find out where my order stands?

You are right in a way. When this lab was truly private and only a handful of members had access it was golden. Then it seemed the doors opened a bit and that as usual is the kiss of death. Glad I saw this coming loaded up and I am happy. So when it was truly private it was great but when the private expanded things change. Not surprised.
