you'll need to learn and tune insulin as your main anabolic hormone.

First,
you can gobble drinks full of simple carbs and sugars. No matter if it's sugary water, glucose+water or mass gainers.
Begin by doing that after workout.
(assuming you're not diabetic).

Do that for some 6 months before even considering insulin injections (which are medically proven to help underweight people).

I was just thinking the same thing. He’s using letrozol as an AI as well. The kid needs just 400-500 of test cyp, some aromasin, and a lot of food.
 
Drink a gallon of whole milk daily. (2400cals,120pro) Smash a box of velveeta and shells. (1140cals, 45pro) keep a huge stash of sweet tarts on hand. Pure dextrose. Lower your fiber intake to 20-30g daily. Eat half a loaf of bread daily with PbJ. Add chocolate to your whole milk.

If you don’t have adjustment periods where you feel like a freshly bought tube of toothpaste that will just squirt out it’s contents with the lightest touch, you won’t get past your sticking point.

Also, probably reduce your training volume.
 
You have no business even thinking about steroids at your weight unless you're like 5'4". You aren't even ballpark close to your genetic potential.

Eat, eat, and then eat. Steroids are going to do sweet fuck all if you aren't providing fuel. They're literally a waste of money (that you could be spending on food).

Taking steroids and not eating properly is like rebuilding your engine, slapping on a twin turbo and then not putting any gas in the tank.

As stated, there's an excel spreadsheet TDEE calculator floating around the internet. You weigh yourself every morning, track calories in MFP, and put your numbers in. Very easy to see what your TDEE is smoothed over a few week period.

You are wasting a blast not knowing this kind of thing before you do your first pin!
