Thanks for taking my call. Anyone have any reliable info on how long it takes Test, either long or short esters, to affect or begin elevating blood levels? And I don't mean when it "kicks in." I'll hang up and listen.

So are you saying that if one's test blood level was sitting at 350, and they started using test or cyp, then 4 days later that test level would already be higher than the starting level of 350? And if it was, couldn't be by much, eh?

This info is readily available on the Net and on Meso in several locations, it helps to so little leg work before you "hang up and listen" and ask to be spoon fed.

Just shooting from the hip here, but I'm pretty sure levels will be elevated within hours of either prop or enanthate injections.

Actually, DOC, I did a search and all that comes up are forum responses about when does a substance "kick in", which is subjective, as in, "man I could feel the tren Ace kick in after 10 days", or "I never FEEL anything KICK IN until at least 2, sometimes 3 or 4 weeks." My question was specific, not on a feeling. I did the leg work, to a point, DOC, but some of us work 10-12 hrs. per day.

Really 10-12 hour work days must be nice, but Im not complaining in any way bc I have a job I LOVE!

Incidentally you might be better off if you defined "kick in" in more objective terms.

Thanks for the tip, and "kick in" is a term others use in describing a "feeling" for when they can they think a drug is working. I was specifically asking for changes in blood level status, not for any kick in status. Read my original post. Yup, and I love MY job also. Being on a forum has never been a priority.

And that explains why your efforts have been less than productive bc using terms such as "kick in" are not objective to say the least.

You should be using PEAK and TROUGH (or Nadir) for each ester during your net search.

This info has also been posted on Mesos home page by Bill Roberts, and is scattered throughout several forums.

    Good luck

Absolutely correct, bc TT levels BEGIN to rise within a few hours if not minutes after an AAS injection.

Very good, but using my example in my original post, if one's starting level (before AAS) is 350 TT, 3 days after the first injection the increase from the starting level of 350 would still be pretty insignificant, say, as a guess, 355 or 360, would that ballpark be correct?

There's a reason that blood for TRT labs is often taken the day before the injection day, as it gives you the most reliable trough value. If blood is taken the day of or the day after, it will absolutely already be higher than it was the day prior to the injection.

    This is an unanswerable question.

Not at all. Depending on the Ester used you may already be declining in your levels at day three. An example I can provide is with Nandrolone, NPP ( a faster Ester) and Deca ( a slower Ester). By day one NPP has maxed in blood levels whereas Deca has almost maxed in the same amount of time. By day seven the NPP is very low in bloods, the Deca still around the level as day one. Just to clarify both the NPP and the Deca was monitored on a single injection over a month, and the NPP levels were way higher (by about 2.5X) on day one however the Deca was more consistent in bloods over a longer period of time.

Sure, the levels are declining from their peak value by day 3, but are they lower than baseline at this point? Most likely not. But he did neglect to mention how much testosterone was being injected plus the ester. Also, people's bodies metabolize drugs differently. As such, there is no way to accurately answer his question about the specific value of this mystery person's testosterone levels 3 days after injecting an unknown amount of testosterone.

Depends on the individual and how they respond to exogenous test. Some get 7-10x amount pinned where from get 3-4x amount pinned in regard to mg pinned and total test levels. Just out of curiousity why are you interested in this?

The Op asked a very simple question that was how long until Test elevates blood depending on Esters, he then asked after three days would his levels just be slightly elevated. My understanding to this was the OP believed that Test would very slowly be elevating his blood levels (not talking peaks and valleys) my post was under this assumption. Yes you are correct without actually having bloods there is no way in telling exact levels, but I don't believe that was the intent of the OP's question.
