    whats up everyone, thinking of changing my normal routine, what do y’all think?
    Mon-upper body
    Tues-lower body
    Wed-rest
    Thur-upper body
    Fri-Lower body
    Sat-rest
    Sun-rest
    All compound heavy lifts/4-5 sets with 6-8rep
    Alternate week
    Mon-chest/arms
    Tue-shoulders/back
    Wed-legs
    Thur-cardio/abs
    Fri-cardio/abs
    Sat-rest
    Sun-rest
    Lighter weight at 3sets with 12-15 reps

    I like full body twice per week with another two days for upper/lower.
