Too short pin = PIP FROM HELL?!?

Where exactly would a middle finger be while standing at attention? In the US military I curl my fingers at attention. And i know some other countries stand with fingers extended. So this is a vague reference.

I've never been in the military, but my father (who was) taught me to stand at attention and I figure I could just keep my fingers extended and that would be the spot. Either way, I don't have the balls to try it again with the prop.

My brain assumes it's an infection or bad gear immediately -__-

Yeah. Then again, current military standards are different than past. So I am sure it changed and I didnt take that into account. But yeah prop isnt my go to test in quad. Love it in delts. Like me some cyp and eq in the quad thou.
 
I'm thinking you guys are right - hopefully this doesn't cause more damage to the muscle. This morning it's even MORE swollen and I can' walk or sit without a heavy dose of painkiller (Which I am running out of, quickly). I have to head to the hospital for pre-op work for my neck surgery, I might as well drop by the ER just to make sure I didn't really fuck my leg up.

Never. Ever. Pinning. Quads. Again. My ass is the only place that needle will be going.

This happens to me too, lasts about two weeks and fucks up every workout. You dont realize how important leg stabilization is until you get pip from hell.
 
If you aspirate in a node site will you draw fluid? I'm a volunteer EMT, I know how to pin but never hit a lymph node. I have mainline'd a few people though :)
 
Your body fat must be lower than mine brother. I am still stuck at 14%. Granted I haven't really focused on changing that - I'm in a bit of a permabulk at the moment.
Yeah i was always a skinny kid with muscle, don't think I've ever been over 11% luckily! Even on 5500cals. I'm sure that will change with age though..

Lucky guy - of course it must be harder to put on mass? I'm naturally an ecto, but with age my body has decided that fat is fun to have. Right now I don't really care - 14-15% is OK with me as long as I am building muscle mass. After a while I will cut down so I can see how much I have gained. If I cut now, I'd probably look like I was in a starvation camp.

Sort of. When i look at the scales a decent cycle will only put on like 3kgs, but the size i put on is phenomenal.
Very low fat muscle is deceiving but i know when comp comes i won't have a hard time keeping size.
Still get very jealous of chubbier bbers with 22" arms and calves, even if it disappears come competition.
Also save money on serms or ai's !
