Fuck me, again. Torn the mid vastus lateralis tonight squatting... Coming up from the bottom there's a point I tend to shift the weight to the outer quads and BANG!

Warmed up good and progressed slowly with the weight and the 2nd rep of at least 20 lighter reps hit it again.

It's gotta be scar tissue or just a weak spot now. It's way below the weight the last time. Gave it over a year to heal...

BPC-157 and rehab it like last time. Then no more squatting... Almost 50, so maybe it's time to give it up?

I almost 50 as well. The injuries definitly happen easier at an older age.
Have you had luck with BPC157 helping with healing? 3 months of it did nothing for my partial rotator tear. But just a couple months of HGH and it’s almost back to 100%.
Trying to keep going easy on it but it’s so tempting to start stacking the weight back on.

I feel your pain! Tore 3 of 4 rotator cuff muscles in left shoulder 2.5 months ago. One was full tear. Im getting them fixed in spring.

Sucks man. I used to get lots of quad strains until I widened my stance.
