Fuck me, again. Torn the mid vastus lateralis tonight squatting... Coming up from the bottom there's a point I tend to shift the weight to the outer quads and BANG! Warmed up good and progressed slowly with the weight and the 2nd rep of at least 20 lighter reps hit it again. It's gotta be scar tissue or just a weak spot now. It's way below the weight the last time. Gave it over a year to heal... BPC-157 and rehab it like last time. Then no more squatting... Almost 50, so maybe it's time to give it up?
