Yea I work hamstrings separate I did do a couple warm up sets those where working sets of 15 repsDo you work hamstrings on another day as well? 3 sets standing leg curls seems like a warmup.
I did 3 warm up setsOk i get it , you did warmups before the three working sets. I was just a little confused cause i normally do 12 working sets and i am no where near your size, so i figured you must also work them on another day.
