Lantus was in the fridge after using it?

I always keep either a regular Gatorade, coke, or pre mixed karbolyn on me with glucose tabs
Yes that's where I store it. The log was in my pocket cause I shoot a little after meals.
Holy shit bro hope ur feeling better please be careful..
I'm as careful as I can be. Don't know what happened to be honest. I had plenty of food. You guys saw me post it all except the bagel and chicken.
A lot of pro bodybuilders have pineapple juice laying around their house for this very reason! Glad you didn't lay down to take a nap.
I had stuff right there. Plenty of sugar around this house trust me. Lol
What fucked me up is I denied that it was blood sugar cause I assumed since I ate 40g of carbs an hour before this happened and 2hr before that was breakfast that my blood sugar was more then fine but it wasn't. I took only 30iu of Lantus. 10iu less then I normally do.
I got complacent is what happened. Haven't had my blood sugar get low in a really long time. Actually don't think it's ever got that low.

About 3 days ago I started getting heart burn like I do from Tren. Think I'm gonna have to pull a @Roger rabbit and start taking some glutamine. 5g am 5g pm. Shit is fierce.

Don’t be afraid to take that up to 20-30grams a day.

5g is just the starting point[emoji51] glutamine is also responsible for a huge portion of the immune system and if I remember correctly makes up over 60% of the muscle. When glutamine is depleted in the body it really wrecks havoc on many things.

If you workout and get upper respiratory infections often then it is more than likely glutamine deficiency. Your body is using the glutamine to repair muscles and doesn’t leave much for the immune system. The body doesn’t like to share[emoji23][emoji23]

@Roger rabbit do you have any studies about glutamine and the immune system?

It could be just pure dumb luck and coincidence but I was like three weeks into a John meadows program and got a sinus infection out of nowhere.

Lantus is the long rolling all day form of slin is it not? With all of those peaks ?

It’s not dumb luck. Just research glutamine and you will see just how important this is to the immune system and how it correlates to why you got the sinus infection/ became ill.

Glutamine has a huge role in the immune system.

No it's a stable steady flat insulin. Safest in my opinion but as you can see even with that if you get complacent you will pay the price.
Oh and that Lantus pen is expired so don't ever think insulin degrades quickly cause apparently it doesn't.

Damn okay. I might need to take more then. I remember with the Tren having to do 10/10 split cause 5/5 just wasn't doing it.

You feel lantus is safer than a fast acting pre workout or post?

I would have thought post workout and then carbs was the safest then a pre protocol, then using both and then everything gets tricky ?

Lol I need more reading for sure.
I haven’t seen lots of logs of slin tho either so ...

Well right now I'm just talking about the straight use of one or the other. With slow acting it gives your body time to release sugar to help play catch up.
With humalog you don't stand a chance. You fuck that up your blood sugar drops by the minute. If you pass out with low blood sugar it'll take at least 15mins for para to stick a glucose line in you IF they know what's wrong with you and by then your already in a coma.
I myself only had close calls with humalog. Yesterday was the first time with Lantus. I must have just neglected the amount of carbs I had.
Everyone has their own opinion on this subject I just don't think there's a right or wrong.

Quick update.

Got slight CTS in my left hand still. Nothing that's hindering me in anyway.
Most likely making a Meditrope order today so I can keep running blacks.

Last 2 days I haven't felt like my normal self. Felt like I was gonna be sick last night so I went to bed early. I feel fine now but like I mentioned in the beginning that once I start to feel ill or just not right I'd stop this little experiment cold turkey. Don't wanna hurt myself in the process. I've had 3 people who are close to me now mention my breathing that's it really heavy even while just sitting. The kind of breathing you would do like as if you were asleep. I'm assuming it's from weight gain cause my dad did the same thing when he was 220lbs+ at 5'6.

I have also decided to bump the test up to 700mg. I actually started that yesterday. I Feel as though my weight is stagnant or just moving very slowly.

I'm in a rush this morning so I've drank half a carton of egg whites (50g protein) and 2 pieces of protein bread, 2 pieces of raisin bread(it's from Publix and it is the bomb! Nice and soft.lol) and I have my greens with me now while I'm driving.

Shot GH and insulin together this morning as always.
30iu of Lantus
15iu of GH
100mg of Test Prop
100mg of NPP
100mcg of T4
5mg of Cialis

One of my favorite quotes is:

“If you want what others don’t have, you have to do what others won’t do”

....but I like to be sensible too.
