Considering increasing my reta dose again this week to 6mg. I’m like starving even an hour after I eat a fat meal. It hasn’t made me overeat or anything but I definitely feel like I’m constantly thinking about food all day despite eating such a good amount of calories a day

Any reason why I shouldn’t increase my dose if it allows me to eat enough to hit my goals but not suffer through the food noise?
I have a few things to say, but I will spare you the details lol ;)

I think my problem was doing more than 1 injection per week , i will try again with only 1 weekly dose, i just want the bg benefits and thats it.
Reta should be taken all at once as a weekly dose from the research I've done. It has a half life of 144 hours why would you do multiple injections?
 
I tend to be still hungry on reta but the portion size I can deal with is much smaller. I went out for a meal last night and was almost broken by the time I'd finished the appetizers, even though I was ravished before. Not sure what your portion size is like but maybe smaller more frequent meals will help.

Well, that's a start, and you're still having a hard time eating carbs? Orr Are you just trying to be super cautious with the carb intake just so it doesn't spill over to fat like you might think it will? Help me understand your mo for this bulk, i am being dense or I might have missed it.
 
I don't know about you, but I don't particularly like eating so much , so cramming a bunch of food down to me is the most difficult part(Bulking) , hitting protein goals is the easiest thing in the world, but upping the carbs and having the proper carb load for a bulk is another story, when you're taking a decent amount of testosterone and pounding away in the gym, your body is burning shit faster than you can put in usually, and it seems like you move around a lot with your job, so hitting 400 g of carbs a day should not be very difficult, but would provide amazing results in context to what you're doing, "you're a Ferrari and putting low octane fuel in it won't get you anywhere!! Ok , I spilled the beans lol

Im not having a hard time hitting 300+ carbs anymore thanks to your advice. Most days i’m 220+ protein 300+ carbs. Im cautious to exceed 3000 calories because yes I don’t want to spill over into too much fat gain. My goal is to do a lean bulk not stuff my face and put on a shit ton of muscle and fat.

I would rather take slower and steady gains on my cycle and be relatively lean as opposed to get to 20% BF just to cut again.

My problem right now isn’t having a hard time eating, it’s having a hard time trying not to eat lol. Im starving 24/7 no matter how much I eat which I know means my cycle is in full drive right now.

Usually on my days I work I hit 12-15k steps so on those days I over eat a little.

So far my morning weight is 175lb right now, I started the bulk at 165. I can comfortably say I haven’t added any visible BF % to my physique and if anything I’m marginally leaner. Strength has been skyrocketting my last 7-8 sessions in the gym so think I just hit the sweet spot of my cycle

I’d love to gain as much muscle as possible but I also dont want to gain fat which is why i’m happy with my 1lb/wk weight gain goal
