Weight training for female track athletes

    Anybody have any experience or suggestions? Pretty sure I have the knowledge to put together a decent routine but figured I would ask Meso also. Thanks in advance for any and all help.

    Your challenge is going to be to get her to eat enough to gain. I would recommend trying to instill in her to eat up, honestly alot of these girls don't know how to eat in the first place...

    Had a girlfriend that was triathlon in college. She was annorexic skinny and couldn't gain any weight but was stuffing 2800 Cal's which was alot for her.

    She eats pretty damn clean for her age and eats big portions so I think she is going to have good success. She is young so her metabolism is in high gear. She has the desire to train also so Im excited for her. Thanks for your input.

    Sounds like you're Good to go then with training her. Sounds like it's your daughter, niece or a you're dating a girl way too young for you lol
