I thought about trying this highly absorbable Kaneka Ubiquinol. But before I'd like to know if you somehow notice any effects from Q10. Is is only healthy and you feel absolutely nothing? Cause in this case it wouldn't be worth it. I cannot afford to simply use all kinds of supposedly healthy supplements because that isn't affordable so I try to only take stuff which really makes sense and is also payable on the long run, like fish oil for example.
