What would the best steroid be to increase your vertical leap,speed

    Besides training like in conjunction with your training what would be the best to get your hops and your speed up.

    well im no pro but all the athletes in a speed position use winstrol. Do you remember Ben Johnson won the gold and they took it from him because he was on winni. they also take it because u need not worry about gyno and it gets out of system fast. I remember how fast ben was and he was ripped

    like i said im no pro but i still think winni is good for speed iv heard and read that everywhere i look nobody says winny is not for speed and u dont hold water i did take it orally my first time and it was great

    these are definitely a must, but he should also actually incorporate some jumping and sprinting type training. Plyometrics in conjunction with deads and cleans are great for hops and speed

    any info were i can get winny i was thinking of getting real serious with it run winny/anvar. Any research places or anythign i can get these because i really need my 40 because my training needs a little extra kick to get me there this would be perfect.

    Steroids are the last and least effective thing for sprinting or increasing a vertical leap....95% is propper training and diet.

    well i did find where to get them. So you dont think 4 weeks winny at 60mg eodand 4 weeks anvar at 50mg wouldnt work?

    Vertical leap is more directly related to the strength of your posterior chain (hams, glutes and lower back) than anything else. There are a lot of 300 pound powerlifters who have 30-40 inch leaps simply because they are strong as hell. Focus on increasing the strength of those muscle groups and you will jump higher and likely pick up some speed, as well.

    ?? not understanding about deads and cleans to increase vertical leap and speed???.... :confused: ......but whatever.... Anyway, i played D1 basketball and definately any type of weightlifting will help speed and strength.....

    but besides all of the previous threads, the only one that is advice that i would take is proper training. YOU need to purchase some STRENGTH SHOES....bottom line. You can get them out of Eastbay (the magazine) and follow their training program. My vertical went from 33" to 40" and I am 6'5" 240lbs...... my pic is on a previous thread from a few days ago.....

    yea, those things def work. we all had to wear them at practice at least once a week. that made a huge difference in our results

    i got those didnt do much for my vert ive trained alot so maybe thats y. I feel if i can really get strength and power up my vert will go up.

    what i did was every day train with them.... standing still and touching as high as i could up a wall... like 10 sets of 25 jumps as high as i could jump!!!!....

    you have to use them balls to the wall bro.....trust me everyday and u will be amazed!!!

    o for real i may try that after my program by the way u kno anything that i can take besides creatine and protein that will help me out. Like anavar i think would be best but dont know for sure.

    var and winny would be great..... try some winny and deca...def get u where u want to be....trust me.

    which would be best for vert as winny hurts the joints i was just thinking about var but u said deca. Tell me what you think the best combo is and maybe some dossage tips and how long i should run the cycle for caus ei need 10 inches and ill be at a standing 40 inch vert and im willing to do anything in conjuction with my training to get me there. By the way if you got another way of contact pm me so we can talk more.
