Quads are the only place I do. Easy to see what you're doing, and more times than not, zero pain. Plus they are the only place I can easily reach.

You could reach your ventro-gluteal just as easily.

    Google for:

Least painful site for IM injection

You'll get a lot of responses from legit medical sites showing you where to find the ventro, and a lot of information on why it is the best place for an IM injection.

move your injection sites. i hit quads, glutes and delts. each side seperately. this way you can inject 1 time daily if you are using a fast release ester with very little pain or swelling. don't use the same site every time. move it around.

delts are most painless for me-i could shoot a gallon of prop in there and not feel it-but if i put prop in my quad-its knot city!!!
