Hi just wanted to try and see what it's like on here with my journey on Anavar for the first time.. I'm 28 5" 3 9stone Slim build will post measurements later Not done much lifting but have been the past few months. I have always been fit and active just wanted to see what it would be like for a woman who isnt experienced in weight lifting and just wanyed to get in good shape using aas. I don't have a set diet but eat well steak chicken veg sweet potato rice etc. my goal is to add muscle on I will be using it ass a cutting cycle not to bulk or lose any weight. I have done 5mg for q0 days and am going on 10mg for 4 weeks then back on 5 for the last 2 weeks. I will be working with weights 3 times a week and do a fitness class 2 times a week. will post pics and measurements when my cycle is finished and will be talking about any sides I get.
