    Tuesday - Back
    JS Rows 3x10
    DL 3x10
    Chin ups 3x10

    Wednesday - Legs
    Squat 3x10
    Leg press 3x10
    Hamstring curls 3x10
    Calf raises 3x10

    Thursday - Shoulders
    MP 3x10
    Shrugs 3x10
    Shoulder press 3x10

    Friday - Arms
    Curls 3x10
    Preacher curls 3x10
    skull crushers 3x10
    Dips 3x10

    I'm guessing that these don't include any warmups or semi-warmups?

    correct. this is after some light cardio and a few light warm up sets...... am i hitting every body part?

    any comments would be nice
