Do any of you guys use wrist or elbow supports? Do you wrap your knees when you squat? I'm about 3/4 of the way through a cycle, and I've been lifting very heavy. I'm starting to get pain in my forearms, on the back, more medial (in anatomical position). I see guys in the gym using wrist and elbow wraps. I've always avoided belts and wraps, because I've wanted to work within my body's natural limits, and make the weak spots stronger. I'm 43; this is my second cycle. Maybe my muscles are stronger than my joints and connective tissue? What do you all think? Should I try using wrist and elbow supports? Or continue to avoid doing so?
