I normally hit the gym right after work 5:00pm-ish and work out till 7:30-8:00ish. During the day I hardly ever yawn, something about the gym makes me yawn like crazy. I'm yawning non-Stop (a few times every half hour). I don't feel tired and I'm working hard but I still yawn. Anyone else have this issue? Could it be from pre workouts? Boredom? It's just weird, been happening for a few years.
