Maximizing Effects of GH with Insulin and Cytomel?
I am 6 1” and weigh 240lbs and I think I’ve reached by genetic potential. I want to start taking GH along with the steroids I’m on but am not sure of how much GH to use per day. And do I need to take insulin and Cytomel with it for maximal effects?
In my experience with helping other bodybuilders, I’ve discovered that it is not the amount of GH taken per shot that is important– it’s the duration you are on the GH that will determine how much size you put on (the length of time on GH outweighs the amount taken per dose). 2-4 IUs per day is ideal. I would stay on a minimum of 12 weeks.
High Dose AAS and Natural Testosterone Production
I was reading the 1996 Anabolic Review Guide and came across a cycle that consisted of Anadrol, Sustanon, Dianabol, Parabolan, and Deca taken in three week intervals. Anadrol weeks 1-3, Sustanon (500mg) 3-6, Dianabol 4-6 ,and so on ending with HCG and clenbuterol for the last three weeks if I can remember correctly. What do you think of this plan? I can get access to the Hemogenin, Dianabol, Deca, Sustanon, clenbuterol, and hCG, but not the Parabolan. Is there something I could use in place of it or do I need it at all.? Also, I read that 1000mg testosterone was needed for muscle growth, isn’t that a high amount which would really screw up the natural testosterone production of the body? Please respond as soon as possible. Thanks for the great information you provide.
After the first 250mg of test that you take, most people shut down their natural production of testosterone, therefore, 1000mg per week is not going to shut you down, quantitatively, any more than 250mg. Second, it would be a good idea to create 6 week minicycles where you cycle 1000mg of testosterone with one other anabolic drug (e.g. 400mg Deca). Every 6 weeks you should change to another testosterone ester with another anabolic compound. Three week cycles are not going to be effective because your body needs time to solidify the muscle gains (it can only do that while being “on”).
Kynoselen and Fat Loss
Have you ever heard of a supplement from France called Kynoselen? It contains potassium, magnesium, selenium, adenosine monophosphate and B-12. Its a vet product.
According to the package insert (which is in French), Kynoselen is prescribed for animals that have muscle wasting syndromes (e.g. muscular dystrophies). Kynoselen also has the added benefit of being a fantastic non-steroidal fat burner (therefore, it can be used by males and females). What we do not know is its mechanism of action. I have had the product tested by HPLC and the listed ingredients are the only ones present. With this in mind, I have to postulate that perhaps the adenosine monophosphate (AMP) is some how acting as a signaling compound to tell the muscle cell to initiate protein synthesis. This increased rate of protein accretion would obviously require a great deal of energy which could account for the fat burning effect. Since Kynoselen is 100% legal (its ingredients can be purchased in any health food store), give it a try and let me know how it works out.
Diuretics and Water Loss
I competed in 11 shows last year– 3 national shows and the rest local shows. I even got to see you guest pose while I was competing at the Harrisburg in PA. Can you tell me about the way you cut water before a show? Do you use diuretics at all or aldactone?
First of all, while dieting, never restrict sodium until the last few days prior to a contest or you will super sensitize yourself to sodium (and you will invariably hold water).
Secondly, save the diuretics (if even necessary) to the last two days only because it is unwise to train while on diuretics (you could tear muscles) and you will wind up flattening out.
Thirdly, do not cut water completely out until maybe 8 hours prior to competing – your body needs water to lose water (i.e. diuretics do not work if you do not drink).
Fourth, once you start your diuretics you should restrict (but not eliminate) sodium. People always ask me back stage at shows why I drink diet soda and not distilled water. The body needs some trace sodium– distilled water will sometimes cause bloating due to the absence of any minerals and electrolytes.
Bovine Growth Hormone
Could you tell me if bovine growth hormone(somatotropin) would be as effective as its counterpart human growth hormone (somatropin)? I believe the hGH has 181 amino acids while the bGH has 191 amino acids. Does this render the bGH ineffective in the human body? Also, what is your opinion on DNP? And could you suggest where DNP can be purchased? Your input is greatly appreciated.
First of all, human GH contains 191 unique amino acids, whereas, bovine GH contains a completely different number and order of amino acids. If you were to inject Bovine GH, your body would launch an immune response to neutralize and eliminate the foreign bovine GH. Additionally, the immune response may be so great that you may experience a sort of “serum sickness” whereby you feel like you have the Flu (or worse); therefore, it is not a good idea to do that!
DNP, like I have said before, is an industrial poison that no one in their right mind would ingest (you might as well drink hemlock); therefore, I will not be giving out any advice with regard to this substance.
Using Synthol
I’ve never written to you before but was wondering if you could give me some advice on how to use synthol. I’ve seen the site where it says to use it topically but I know that is bogus since I’ve seen one of your articles. I knew it had to be injected but could get no one to tell me how or exactly where. Do I use the same syringes that I would use with other injectables? I couldn’t get any answers from anyone on this stuff and am really relieved to see at least part of my answers given in your article. Thanks for that! If you could give me some more info on this stuff I’d greatly appreciate it. What kinda growth can one expect in the arm area from use of it? Thanks a million!
The bodybuilders that I know who use synthol claim that it works best with a 22/ 1’gauge pin. They usually do a loading stage whereby they inject 2cc into each head, of say, the biceps 3 times per week for 4 weeks. After the loading stage they do maintenance shots of 2cc into each head once per week. The bigger the muscle before synthol use, the larger the size increases seen after.
Depression, Anxiety, and Steroids
Over the last few years I have been somewhat depressed and also get very anxious about things. I notice this more when I am between cycles. I am wondering if these feelings have any relation to my steroid use? I have read that doctors will often prescribe meds like Prozac, Xanax, or Valium for this problem. I really want to control these feelings but I have heard these meds can be addictive and I don’t know how they will effect my training. Can you offer any advice?
Steroids are mood elevators (i.e. they make you feel like you are on top of the world). When you go off, you lose this elevation effect– thus the depression. You are actually depleted of neurotransmitters in your brain. You could try taking St John’s Wort which is an herbal anti-depressant (it naturally restores neurotransmitters). However, if that does not work, go to your doctor. Perhaps he will prescribe one of the many antidepressants on the market – that should do the trick!
Cytomel and Fat Loss
Hi, I was wondering if you could help me out. I am currently taking Cytomel for the first time. I started with 25mcg. The second week I increased the dose to 40mcg. The final week I’d like to go to 60mcg. The question is how do I go off this without gaining the fat back? Also is it necessary to go up to60mcg per day? I don’t know if it matters or not but I am female weighing about 133 lbs. If I decide to do the Cytomel again, I’d like to use clenbuterol with it, but the clenbuterol I have is liquid. What would be the proper way to do this?
Cytomel (also known as T3 – the active thyroid hormone) should never be taken alone without either clenbuterol or growth hormone. Since Cytomel increases the metabolism of fat, carbs and protein, it should be taken with clenbuterol and/or GH to spare the loss of lean muscle tissue. The proper way to cycle Cytomel (in my experience w/ bodybuilders) is to start with 12.5mcg (1/2 tab) and increase by 12.5mcg (1/2 tab) every two weeks. Never go higher than 75mcg.
Liquid clenbuterol is equal in potency to the tablet form. You must read the pamphlet to determine how much liquid will equal 20mcg– the equivalent of 1 pill (usually 1cc=20mcg). Good luck! Feel free to e-mail me any other questions you may have.
Testosterone, Winstrol, Clenbuterol, and Saw Palmetto
I was going to start a small cycle of Test Enanthate combined with Winstrol. I have not done a lot of steroids in the past so I think that a low dose of the Enanthate should be OK (1cc a week). Also, when would be a good idea to throw in a little Clenbuterol and in what time frame(2 day on 2 days off- 1 week on 1 week off)? I have heard so many different things about how to take Clenbuterol. In closing, If I was to take a little Saw Palmetto to help stop the conversion of DHT, would this also stop the effectiveness of the steroids? Thank you for your time, I know that I have a lot of questions but they have just been building up until I found a source that I think I could trust!
If you are going to cycle testosterone enanthate and Winstrol, take at least 500mg of testosterone enanthate per week and 1cc (50mg) of Winstrol every other day. Start both at the same time. While the enanthate is getting in your system, the Winstrol is already working. The testosterone enanthate will be very ineffective at 200mg per week (1cc) because it will barely compensate for the natural testosterone that will be turned off by the exogenous testosterone.
Clenbuterol should be taken everyday. Start with 2 pills and work your way up to 4-5 pills (increase by 1 pill every 2-3 weeks). Pyramid down when coming off.
Unless you already have a great amount of hair loss, do not bother with the saw palmetto – you are not taking a great enough amount of Test that DHT should be that much of a concern.
