Hypocrisy, Ethics and Performance Enhancement

Steroid users are “cheaters” who use drugs to defy the limitations that nature has imposed. Breast enhancement via implants, sexual enhancement via Viagra, cognitive enhancement via Adderall are all about the American Dream of bigger boobs, better boners and brighter brains; bigger, better bodies assisted by steroids, however, are simply not on the American agenda.

World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), anabolic steroids and doping

Dissecting “Political” Science in Anabolic Steroid Research

Impact of anabolic androgenic steroids on adolescent males

Once there was a time when the hallmarks of science were objectivity and dispassionate analysis. When it comes to anabolic steroids (AAS), that time is long […]

According to the body of common knowledge, anabolic steroids are dangerous and deadly drugs. The mainstream media have thoroughly vilified these hormones for several decades. The use by mature adults of any amount of anabolic hormones to enhance physical appearance is invariably labeled anabolic steroid “abuse” and, consequently, the average American lumps the athletic steroid […]
