Best steroid for skinny guy

It's called give and take when it comes to gaining weight....give your order at Burger King and take all the double burgers when they hand them to you lol...
Seriously eat as much protein as you can up to six times a day. Force feed yourself and it will be the toughest three weeks in your life! Your stomach will get bigger from all the food consumption (but it's not fat, it's bloat) in the morning you will look great again, but all the food will bloat you by night time! If you do this and weigh yourself the same time each month...train with powerlifters who will encourage you how to lift big safely and keep track of your lifts...you'll be seeing gains!!
The advice from everyone about food and strength are correct.
I'm 5'9 and at my heaviest I was 260 pounds "mostly" muscle...ehh, cept for about 25lbs.
I've never done steroids. At least not properly lol...long story but...I started weight training at 135 lbs. So it was done with food and training only. I'm old now..oh well.
It can be done!! And if you do it right you will start sweating a bunch as the body becomes a human furnace....you'll see.
Get a logbook and keep track of your strengths (flex against the weights on the way up and slow the weights down on the negative. Form is first and then weight increases secondly. Then increase reps then weight then weight ...etc.

Stay natural as long as humanly possible and then some lol.

You can do it!!
Good luck!

I like your style, keto. I take it your a big fan of DC training ? :)

Another way to pack some weight used by strength athletes is the GOMAD diet (gallon of milk a day). Back in the early days I used it to great effect. Not saying I wasn't a fat fuck, but damn I could squat a dump truck back then.

I'm 5'10, 150lbs
Wanting to start my first cycle.
What's the best steroid for me if I want to build lean muscle, not get too puffy, and stay ripped at the same time?

Well, although you don't want to hear it, take it from a fellow "ectomorph": You WILL gain size and weight through proper diet and lifting. I spent many years convinced I couldn't gain because I was a naturally scrawny guy and grew up in an era where people truly believed that. When I finally dialed in my diet though - determined what I needed to eat to maintain my weight, added 500 calories per day to it, dialed in my macros, and weighed/measured everything - I started packing on the pounds. It is truly not worth juicing before you are training for several years at least and packed on some pounds. If you're dead set on juicing at such a young age and without any real base, then no one can stop you, but be warned that you may permanently damage your body's ability to produce its own test, disappear your balls, grow bitch tits, damage your liver, etc. I'm not anti-anabolics by any means or I wouldn't be here, but it's not a decision to be taken lightly so make sure you are ready to accept the potential consequences. If you Google a bit you can easily find info on which steroids are best for lean gains.

here's a quote i'm about to add to that thread I mentioned...

" As I hit on before-the diet part is so hard to design in a blanket statement for everyone. I have 3 trainees I can only let them have postworkout carbs or they blow up (trust me Ive tried it with them) and then I have some guys eating alot of everything after they get in their 60 grams of protein per meal(at least). Ask the guys on this thread. The first 3 weeks of my diets are awful. Theres a huge shift in how the body metabolizes food and they go from feeling bloated and stuffed to muscle building fat burning blast furnaces. There is a reason these guys can eat so much and not gain bodyfat and thats because they have turned themselves into a food processing machine. Every 2.5 hours on the dot they are hungry as hell and they sweat all day long....It takes roughly 24 or so calories burned to process every 100 calories of protein thru digestion while it takes roughly 1/6th that to process 100 calories of carbs....add a large amount of green tea and carb cuttoffs and you can see where this is all leading. A forcing of the human body to adapt to something it doesnt want to do--build muscle mass at a high rate and burn bodyfat while doing it"

Yea..i'm jimpaul over there..dante trained me! I have a thread of his quotes in this forum...you might find interesting.

Nice :) I've never run Doggcrapp but I love the methods Dante uses (rest pause, high frequency etc). Getting very strong progressively is the best way guys without world class BB'ing genetics can get big, so its no surprise so many people were able to explode in size using his methods and training philosophy.

This is the type of good training info that was available and actively being discussed online years ago...compare that to the stuff being put out now by bodybuilding sites and the fitness industry....

It's amazing sometimes how much I will increase from one time to the next on some exercises! I just shake my head and laugh alot as I find it hard to believe even. Honest to god I've jumped up in some ex.'s over 100 pounds at a time and sometimes even beaten the previous reps as well lol....

There are some people that can benefit from aas at a lower weight!! they are called endurance athletes and professional fighters/martial artists. you did however say you wanted to get big so you are probably not one. its all about food, eat big get big!!
