Gr8whitetrukker goin to the dark side!!

Just checking in, scaring me from what I'm reading since I have this lab too. Have you seen anything in the oil that makes you think it's contaminated? What's the reason for wanting to filter? I'll be checking in to see how later injections go.

The oil is free of any visual contaminants however per advice of some more seasoned folks filtering an unknown ugl gear just makes sense especially since I got lumps. they arent infected. Its just another way I can control this issue and narrow it down.

I personally think the BA content is probably irritating my muscles. Being my first exposure to gear it really could be anything. They are subsiding and much less painful
 
The only time I get gyno right off the bat (symptoms) is when I triple stack the test, suspension, prop and either sust or test e/c. Suspension for that day, prop boost, and frontload of whatever main form of test I am using.

Remember, gyno is a function of high E2, which takes a while to build up in the system. And we aren't talking "high normal" ranges, we are talking supra-ranges.

Most folks on the internet just slam an AI right off the bat, or will touch their nipple and think "damn that's sensitive" and slam an AI. Gyno doesn't happen fast, unless you are injecting yourself with female hormones...
 
I couldn't find anything on the lab via Google that wasn't a year or two or more old. The old threads were saying pip was bad. I mentioned this to MD and he claimed only a few people had brought it up and he thought it was just them. Nice guy but he prob wouldn't tell me if that was actually the case.
 
So I got a hold of eurochem via email and asked them about the terrible pip. They said they have had rare complaints but cant understand why a select few get it. Said they dont use any solvents or EO, what ever that is. They suggested I warm the oil first and they use apricot seed oil
 
Have you tried warming it? It really does help...I'm usually just too lazy

Well I did buy a heating pad. Ill try that. Im a little iffy to continue on dosing schedule as planned. I could try tuesdays pin by heating it and taking a chance for a quad shot hopefully it won't knot up like my ass did. Or just wait till my filters come in and double up to 4cc on friday
 
I think the larger the volume the more likely you will run into discomfort. Why not pump 2cc into a delt or 1cc into each and call it a day? If you do pin quads I'd start midway or up...the lower outside area seems to be more sensitive in my experience
 
I found the location it would be pretty close to the middle outside head of quadricep, vastus lateralis

I just left my gym. Today was arms and shoulders day.

I HATE ARM DAY. But it did go well. I was shoulder pressing the whole stack on the machine press for reps of 8.
-triceps pressdowns 7 sets
-seated dumbbell curls to prevent cheating 8 sets
-ez bar forearm curls 3 sets

I bought a pack of wife beaters and started wearing them to the gym today. It reminds me to work on my stomach more. The way the cloth clings to your body I cant hide from it. I use this purely as mental motivation. 100 sit ups today.

Also the good news is im up another 3 lb from 4 days ago. I started my cycle at 244 now im 253. Not bad considering im not force feeding or anything. Just a cool 4,000 cals a day and aim for 300 g pro. I could easily do more calories but I gotta reign in my fuckin gut. Its working. My chest is getting bigger fast and shoulders too. My abs are getting more taught and flatter. Still cant see my abs:mad:

I hate arm day too. I have a tendency to fall asleep halfway through.

I dont like It cuz everyone is doing it. It just makes you feel like a puppet. EVERY damn trip to the gym there's a ton of people curling and curling and curling. Either that or bench pressing.

I did arms yesterday. I remember by the time I had reached my third bicep exercise the guy that was DB curling from my first exercise was still performing DB curls by then. I have never achieved joy in arms
 
So I switched things up. Yesterday we pinned both outer quads. 1cc each and we heated the oil that was loaded in the syringe. I also massaged the shit out of the injection site. So these are 3 new things we tried to reduce those nasty lumps. I woke up today with some pain in both quads, ill keep an eye on it. Off to the gym for leg day, ouch
 
Good fuckin mornin bros!!!

I had an abbreviated leg training session due to the fact I over slept. WOW! Strength is definitely noticeable. I did heavy squats today reps of 4. Literally till my balloon knot touched the floor! Didn't even phase me. Normally I would be on the locker room floor weaping tears of pain and loathing but NO. I also superset leg ext. (Due to time constraints) im up to 190 for 14 reps! Thats up 60lb& 4 extra reps. If that ain't strength gains I dont know what is! I just shook my head like WTF.

On a serious note I've had numbness in my right hand for about 2 hrs now after pinning legs last night. This most certainly is connected. Never had this issue before. You guys ever had this?
 
Never numbness. I have had pin issues like you have but rarely anymore. Pinning virgin muscle is always going to leave you sore for sure. Sounds like it's kicking un
 
So im at work waiting on my load figured I'd post my everyday regular diet

0400: 50g pro 4 fried eggs, 2 servings oatmeal, 16 oz whole milk- 980cal
0600:25 g pro post work out shake- 130cal
0700:18g pro 3 hard boiled eggs, banana- 310 cal
0900: 56g pro 2 cans tuna wrapped in 2 tortillas add banana peppers and mayo- 620 cal
1300:75g pro baked chicken, 2 potatoes, 1/2 can baked beans, 16oz whole milk- 900 cal
1600: 41g pro shake add 16oz milk- 490 cal
20:00 56g pro 14oz kielbasa, 2 servings white rice- 1,480 cal

TOTAL
4,910 cal
321 g protein
 
Me personally, I would up the protein intake post workout, I try to get 40-80 grams of protein within the first hour PWO. Possibly rotate your 1600 with your 600.

I also don't like to load up on carbs that late at night, I was taught to carb early in the day, so most of the energy stores would be used up by night time, thus allowing any fat stores to be burned during the morning workout (eat carbs for lunch and pwo).
