Anderson Silva And Views Of Aas Use In Ufc

Thing is im not really sure gear would help that much. I mean what would be the purpose? To train more often ? Regarding endurance and recovery sure it helps but fighting is technique based not muscle based. The thinly built guy like anderson silva would blister my face up or yours or any body in here. Despite me being much stronger and bigger.

Why are they good for the sport?
same reason they're good for every major sport: stronger, faster, physically superior athletes make it more entertaining which obviously draws more fans which the UFC i'm assuming wants.

IMO, it's not going to provide a significant advantage given how much the sport is technique/skill based, but a measurable increase in stamina/quickness/strength/aggression can certainly make a small difference I think. These guys wouldn't risk taking drugs if they didn't feel that they helped.

edit: I do realize that aas won't hep as much in fighting as in something like american football, but it's still something.

Well find out exactly how much PEDS affect MMA when mini Vitor fights Weidman.
Also users such as Allister Overeem, and Chael Sonnen without PEDS seem to suck without the extra help.

There are definitely alot of guys "on". Vitor Belfort stands out immediately. Guy is ripped and very muscular in mid forties better than he looked in his 20's. I know Dana has gone on record saying they have their eye on him. He suspects the same thing we already suspected.

Lots of others Phil Baroni, im pretty sure Lesnar was using too. Tim Silva on and on and on

Vitor has been busted long ago, and recently he tested positive again, he's the only fighter who has been tested recently and failed to not get suspended. Recently UFC decided to drop TRT treatment totally, and Vitor complied.
There was a reason Vitor lives in FL, yet only fights in Brazil. This next fight will be in Las Vegas, where it belongs.

Others that recently got busted was Cung Le, however it's about to be overturned, apparently your HGH levels increase when your getting your head bashed in so the test was unproductive.

Also Wanderlei Silva ran away from testing recently, when he was supposed to fight Sonnen. Sonnen got busted for hmg use, and quit ufc. I have a feeling over 90% of fighters use PEDS, some are just smarter at not getting caught, and staying under the radar.

I think its safe and reasonable to assume that pretty much any professional athlete who is making a living off of their performance or physique is using PED's.

Thx for the update demon. I guess I been real behind on my ufc news.

As far as viator goes you cant look like that in your 40's and NOT expect people to question you

Not sure about that. Weidman and Johnny Hendricks aren't that built, compared to others that fight in their weight class. They don't have the cuts or vascular veins everywhere like most of us PEDS users have. Johnny Hendricks especially since he isn't stronger, nor his cardio top notch. He sucked doing the Spartan Race. But he runs on 100% heart. Every punch he throws, he throws it with enough force to break most people's hands.

Wait...your telling me John Cena is on juice?

WHY!!! (sobbing):(

And I hate their spoofs, it's reality TV show about their fake made up lives. He jumps all over his GF'S case about finding hormones in her mail. I was like look at you fuckass, trying to pretend your not using and not supporting PEDS usage lol.

I just think it's entertainment, and hand to hand combat is one of most cherished traditions of man. We shed the spotlight on the individuals most captivating in the arena, the man that rises to the occasion despite all obstacles and triumphs. Do we really care about what happens to these guys when the lights go down? Or do we just want to see the big knockouts? I've been a fighter, it can be hard. They build you up and build you up and then when you lose you feel like your left with nothing....they use you up and spit you out. But if we are asking what's really best for the sport? The answer usually doesn't overlap with what's best for the fighter. If they want to test their metal, limit the red tape and you will have shit that people will want to watch. I don't give a shit if they are on PEDs or not, I want to see ordinary men accomplish extraordinary feats.
