I dropped 3 lbs the first week I started taking it. None since. Im following your suggestion at .5 EOD. Wont know where I stand till I get my ass to the blood pantry.

My next goal?

Pursuit of perfection. Now im on gas I don't have much of an excuse not to train the way I want. I just wanna see what I can do! Im shooting for 55" chest now before cycle ends that plus 19" arms and everything that my genetics may or may not afford me
 
Man....im uncomfortable as fuck tonite! Those hammer machine incline presses tore my chest up yesterday. The stretch was ridiculous. Im sure to see great gains when I heal up! That plus the pec dec sets and deep dips. Im building that champions chest.

I worked just a 3 hours today other than that I been recovering all day watching what ever the fuck I want on the tv. I love tv. Been eating huge on off days too just a little less carbs to make up for the non activity. Im fixin to make my last meal for today. I'm thinking sweet potatoes and pork chops. Let that digest while I sleep. I wonder if kai Greene can hear my foot steps in his sleep. Im chasing his ass down lol seriously
 
everyone has to have some cool off. i admire you guys that work hard. i work hard in the gym .. but not so much otherwise lately..
 
Honestly I usually crash every Saturday. I just ain't got nothin left. Work has been slowing down a bit recently for the off season so im only working like 60 hours now lol
 
So......I been throwing around the idea of running a caloric deficit for the 2nd half of my cycle so I could lean out a bit. Maybe cut it down to 3,000 cals or less. See if I could recomp a little. What do you all think?
 
i wouldnt .. capitalize on those fresh receptors and eat the house down. worry about cutting latter. this is just my humble opinion.. not sure how much you got left but at least 6 weeks right? id say give it your all calories and workouts. increase cardio if your looking to burn a bit of fat . maybe try to lower evening carbs, like no rice, oats , bread etc past 5pm.. but match the cals by consuming more protein instead
 
remember how superior your protein synthesis is right now , and the fact that food is the number one reason for mediocre gains on cycles..
 
And yes I have 6 weeks left. Depending on my lab results I may consider this run a "cruise" dose if numbers don't come back satisfactory and go with some better gear for a real cycle. Continuous I would say
 
I get it but remember protein is what builds them muscles out, and right now your running on quickened recovery, and better synthesis, so best to eat the food if you want 20'' anacondas..now if your re evaluating things, and you arent concerned with the mass, then by all means go cal def and you will burn through fat for sure. i did on my first cycle i know that , my stomach was flat like i was 20 all over again
 
All goal dependant brother, of course. If you like your size in the mirror, but not your definition. Then cut down <eating> like tile guy said. Change your workouts for for more muscle fiber break down like myofibrillar hypertrophy maybe. All personal ideas though. ! My 2 cents

Idk about tren brutus. Thats pretty serious for a first timer. I dont like the idea of the sides. I think I could cut nicely on test only if I had to.
 
Hey i actually thought this through. if your going to cruize wait to go cal def and play with differnt diets like cycling carbs while yoru cruizing @ 200 ew . youll shred right up.. right now.. its just as you told me eat , eat eat.. worry about that fat another month. increase cardio like im doing now if your worrried but continue to eat. Ima replace a few carbs i eat in the evening with protien cals.. see if that drys me out a bit too ..
