Hey guys figured its time to start a log. Just started a Test Prop, Tren Ace and Var cycle.

dosage is as follows..

100 mg prop EOD
100mg tren a EOD
60mg Var ED
Hcg 250iu week
.25mg arimidex EOD

just came off a 300mg week cruise of test c as I wanted to get shredded as ive got my wedding coming up in July and would like to be a fucking beast for it.


The lab im running is a private Canadian lab wont go into details so dont ask.


My main goal for this cycle is to get to 8% BF or as close to it as possible...im close to 10-11% right now... Ive been trying a new routine where I dont do less than 20 reps per set going alot lighter than I usually do...gonna try it for a few months and see how it turns out...im currently about to do my second injection after im done typing this up...after crusing and injecting .6ml twice a week I forgot what the result of injecting 2ml into my ass felt like pip wise...lol

Ill try and update my log daily but the motherfuckers here at work blocked meso so I cant get on it on my work computer and have to wait to use a vpn when i get back to my room so bear with my fella`s...
 
I like the high rep range... I try not to go below 12 anymore. Bad joints and heavy weights is brutal on em. 20 is higher than I've ever fine consistently, interested to see how it works out for you.
 
Today was chest day

incline db press 45lbs x20 reps for 2 sets
60lbs x20 reps for 2 sets

Flat bench 135lbs x20 reps for 2 sets
95lbs x20 reps for 3 sets

Incline bench 95lbs x20 reps for 5 sets

incline chest flys 20lbs x 20 reps for 2 sets
30 lbs x 20 reps for 2 sets

cable flies 75 lbs x 20 reps for 3 sets

chest fly machine 130lbs x 20 reps for 2 sets
100lbs x 20 reps for 2 sets

Im at work currently, keep in mind i work a 13 hour shift, sleep for 6 hours and theis routine takes me roughly 1 hour in the gym with very little rest in between sets...id say 35 seconds in between sets...the weight looks light on paper but at this volume it gets pretty intense.

Youll get to 8% easy. I like the routine for cutting, I never go that high for reps but interested to see how you like it.

Bradford Press`- Just the 45 lbs bar x 20 reps x 3 sets

Shoulder bombs 10 lbs x 20 reps x 3 sets

This routine took me a hour and ten minutes in the gym just shy of a total of 500 reps...
Ive been on this cycle for 5 days now....only side as of yet is cant seem to sleep more than 5-6 hours which is fine as I feel great when I do wake up...and starting to feel like a fucking animal, these routines are giving me some mean pumps...

Im eating the best I can here at work as the food is provided...but my diet is def not spot on when Im here....

Weighed in at 196 lbs this morning.

hahah ok...well I work at a isolated camp job for a 1 week on 1 week off schedule so Im at the mercy of what they have to eat for meals... but Ill give you a idea of what i eat while im here.. im nightshift right now so meals may seem backwards lol This is what i ate yesterday

first meal 4:30PM.... - Turkey, pototoes,green beans and 750ml of apple juice.

Second meal 7:30 PM- sliced steak fajita with spinich and veggies, 3 yogourts, and a sandwich baggie full of raw brocolli.

Third meal 11:00 PM - Same thing

Fourth meal 2:30 AM -Same thing

Fifth meal 4:30AM- snack, 3 yogourts and 2 oranges

Sixth meal 7:00 AM - Bowl of oatmeal, 2 boiled eggs, and a plate with a half dozen slices of bacon.

BED by 8:30 AM and awake anywhere from 1PM to 2:15PM...(alarm is set for 2:15) but ive been waking up on my own artound 1:30 lately...I think its the Tren making me sleep less but i feel fine when i awake


Everyday is slightly different as its whatever they have prepared for the day.... ill take a few pics of our facilty and post them up tommorow...I have no means to count macros or anything like that so I just try and eat as clean as I can and go from there...

its time to go smash my arms...

Ill post todays workout tommrow as I slept in to 2:15 today and wont have time before having to leave for my shift.

I was defiantely feeling weak and should have just taken the day off...im travelling home tommorow morning so ill be taking the day off as ive got to switch my body back from nightshift mode to dayshift..

As promised heres a couple pics of what I ate yesterday...first pic is my first meal which is pork slovaki,brocolli, potatoes and pasta prima, yogurt with blueberries and second is my second, third,fourth meal which is left over turkey potatoe and stuffing....forgot to take a pic of my breakfast which is the meal i ate before bed(came off nightshift...)

Subbed, interested in your results with the high reps. My joints are a wreck and 19 nors give me a limp dick so this may be the trick for me.

Ok guys ive been slacking on the log but my routines have been spot on....

Just got back to work after having a week off at home...Im much more busy when im home so I judt never got the chance to update....and didnt bring my log book to the gym so didnt write it all down...

but last wednesday- chest
thursday- shoulders
friday-legs
monday-bi/tri
tuesday- legs
Today- back

sorry for the slack, ill do a better job at keeping track.

Size is up even tho im trying to tightnen up...went from 195 start up to 203 in the mornings...

Not to many noticable strenghth gains...but everyone else seems to notice the extra size ive been putting on....its that time of year I guess..

Got a bit of a chest cold im battling also....
 
So thursady evening came down with the flu and took me out for a few days...

I ended up missing work fri thru moinday....but I still made it to the gym...

Friday was Chest day...

Saturday was shoulder day

Sunday was bi/tri

Monday was back....

Im sitting at 200 lbs even when I wake up in the morning...becoming more vascular everyday....

Libido is through the roof.

I decided to try pinning my quad for the first time as my previous cycles were injected twice a week and didnt have to worry about rotating injections because of low frequency..All I can say is holy mother of fucking shit...I COULD not walk on my leg for the first day and had a limp for about 3 days...apparently my quads do not appreciate 2cc of tren/prop at once...my glutes take the injections much smoother...Doesnt look like ill be doing that anytime in the near future again...

I can stand the pain of PIP usually but this was unfucking bearable ...

Also noticed a little but of nipple sensitivity so I did a week at 60 mg ED of nolva. sensitivity has faded and im back to normal.


Ive also been battling a little case of bachne....Ive since switched to sensitive skin unscented soap and laundry detergent and been using some cream my wife seems to swear by....it seems to at least not be getting worse and im hoping will start to clear up soon...

She took a picture before the application of this cream so Im interested to see the results after a few applications...I should have more info on this in the near future and if it works ill share my experince with you guys..

Food intake is normal. Im eating rougly 250 grams of protein a day and 5 smaller meals...Im not bulking so trying to keep it clean and get to my 8% BF goal by the end of July. Im probably sitting at 10% right now so its definately attainable...

Im just about rounding up my 3rd week on this cycle...I have a feeling this is where the magic is gonna start happening....Ill post up a picture of my progress next week on week 4...
