500mg/week of test e for 12 weeks, plain and simple first cycle as the way it should be! Probably going to take some heat for this but stats are 5'11 170lbs, 19 years old. Arimidex/hcg weeks 4-12 at .25mg/eod (bump up if needed) and 500iu's of hcg a week. Not gonna say some bullshit like "been lifting 5 years just a hardgainer" I have been lifting for about 8 months. Diet and routine in check for about 3. I know it's too soon and probably should've built a better foundation before starting but I couldn't wait any longer!

First injection was today wasn't very nervous at all, little bit of PIP but nothing crazy (yet..) anyway I'll post whenever necessary. Fully expecting to take some shit for this but follow along if you'd like! Feel free to ask any questions. :D

Been lifting for 8 WHOLE months. How do you know your diet and routine is in check?

Diet is the single most important part to working out. Without that all the working out and gear is useless.

Tracking macro's of course. Like I said feel free to give me shit for it but why not try giving people advice instead! Here let me say all of it for you. "Eat more. Too young. Lift for a year. Start at 26." Thanks for the input but I've already started. & I'm eating a like horse.

But, you only been "tracking macro's" for 3 months.

How do know your training is in check? You can do whatever the fuck you want, dog. Just asking a few questions, nothing more. I don't fucking care how old you are, but your training and diet experience is lacking. Please tell me...what's a horse like you eat?

How are you tracking them using what? What's your diet look like,? What's your calorie and macro goal?

The 'experience' side is lacking yes but that comes in time! Not trying to say I know it all, if you have diet or training tips then please feel free to give me advice man. 4000-4500 calories, 250g of protein, 600g carbs is what I aim for. Chicken and rice gets pretty old but change it up every so often. Eggs every morning, oatmeal, mass gainer.

Fuck mass gainer, shit sucks. Where's your fat?? Where's the beef????? How many eggs per day? Chicken and rice old after 3 months you are fucked!!!!

What does your training splits look like?

So that's 3400 calories from protein and carbs roughly. I would change this, more protein, less carbs more fat
350 protein = 1400 calories
400 carbs = 1600 calories
125 fats = 1125 calories
That's a little over 4000.
Drop mass gainer and replace it with a milk and natural peanut butter
Try
1c milk
1/2 c natural pb
2 scoops protein powder 2x day
Post workout

Breakfast
1c milk
1/2 c oatmeal measured dry , cook it or not
1 banana
2 scoops protein

Also eat eggs

Check out my log in the first few pages I have a diet up there. I also dropped down to
170 last summer same height. I've since put on 20ish pounds of lean. But food is the single most important thing trust me.

I'll save you the trouble , here's what 5000 calories looks like eat that everyday. You will grow. Drop the last meal #6 and it will be around 4000 calories
I've added 10lbs in the last month with that diet and I'm lean!!!!

There you go little man Furious spoon fed ya. You better sell that truck had in your avi, if its yours, you gotta need that $$$. Let's see them training splits.

I'm a man and I'm trying to help, but definitely not "the man" to help. I'm 38 y/o and still don't have training totally figured out.

Didn't think you guys would be interested enough to read every meal, macros and training split! But if you ask I will tell. Thanks for all the input guys. I'll be keeping the truck man hahah don't wanna roll up to the gym in a 10 speed. :p
Mass gainer is almost done I'm going to finish it off and will replace those macros with food.
Day 1: Chest
Day 2: Back/Bi
Day 3: Shoulders/Tri
Day 4: Legs
Day 5: Rest then repeat.

Abs/calves every other day and when I'm not doing those I do forearms. I keep everything high volume 15-20 reps for legs and 10-12 for everything else. Lifting heavy doesn't really appeal to me but I throw it in every so often just for fun!

I'm not trying to be insulting or offensive to you but you will likely take it this way. I'm concerned that would you say the above. Anyone who knows what they are doing knows that's your workout and eating is what gets you there. IMO diet is king, followed closely by how you workout. AAS is only an additional tool to help the above along, but it's going to do nothing unless those are on point.
If I were you truly and this has nothing to do with age, I'd stop your cycle right now. Work on the diet and training part until you have it down pat. I guarantee if you eat what I laid out you will be 180 in 30 days (assuming your 170 now) and that will be real weight. You won't lose that. Do that for 3 more months, then if you want to cycle it's your choice.
Ask for help on diet and workouts, then cycle

I would switch shoulder/tri's with legs. Upper body, upper, lower, upper, rest. With the way you have it, it will be to easy to skip leg day bc rest day is next. I did that shit when I was younger. You may need to throw a rest day in between day 1 and day 2. But, you're young fuck it. I hate rest days, they bore me.

I agree with you! I'm full of energy taking rest days makes me feel like a lazy sack of shit. And I love training legs! Wouldn't skip out on them but yeah that's a good idea swap shoulders and legs.

[QUsOTE="Gainsville, post: 1341664, member: 74021"]What counter did you use for that?! Please send me a link if you have one.
That's "my fitness pal", there's a mobile app and web app.
Google it, will pop right up[/QUOTE]

Cool, thanks! And I think you're under the impression that I think steroids will do all the work for me. I know that's not the case and I'm 100% with you on diet being the biggest part. Eat big, get big. Right?
