Seated row 110-150 7 sets 30 sec rest 10-15 reps

Seated db press 60-20 90s 3x12
Side raise 6 sets 30-45 10 reps tops
Rear delt fly 40 3x10
Standing military 135 7 sets 12-15 30 sec rest

Hahaha can't compare your self to others bro that's one thing I've learned I was so hard on my self when starting lifting comparing my picture to ifbb pros lol!! Everyone has their own fitness journey and accomplishments :D
