Hi-Carb Day : I felt like deadlifts so 7x5 deads w/ 250x2/315x3/350x2 , all 5 reps. Thats all .

Finished off that Blackberry crisp w/ vanilla ice cream . Words cant express how sweet it was ! After a week of near no sugars/fast carbs . Then I had several bowls of sweetened oatmeal . Sugar High . I went back to Syntha-6 whey protein vanilla ice cream, it just taste better than anything else and the additional calories I dont mind (200 cal)
 
8/16/15--- Squat day : 245x10x10 , 5x10 leg ext , 250lb calf raises . Actually easier then last weeks 235x10x10 . My legs never cease to amaze me . I wish my upper body had the endurance/strength my legs have . There always seems to be a reserve strength in my legs that my upper body doesnt have ...
 
8/17/15- Incline bench day : Got 205x10x10 but it was shakey , I dont think I"ll get near the 225x10x10 I got last year on gear . Lactic acid builds up more off cycle . My arms were so swelled up and hurting after 10 sets I thought they were gonna cramp . My triceps have that "gonna pull" feel to them . Taking it easy today....
 
I am switching gears here real soon . Im going back to Alaska for quite a while this time . And I think I want to try my hand at setting an Alaska Powerlifting record in my weight class.

I got the strength I just got to lose enough weight to get to 165lbs , I cant beat the record for 181lbs , my deadlift isnt as strong as his . Im 200 now , down from 215 3 weeks ago .

I can carve 35lbs from this chassis and get in the USPL record books . A friend e-mailed me and said you ought to stomp the mens 165 class . Im in ....

Right now for my 165 class it is like 375 squat/285 bench/425 deadlift . I got the first 2 beat by 50lbs and my dead is a good 20lbs better .

Can I hold on to 200lb strength and lose 35lbs ? Thats the question . I think I can .
Well I'm deff out lol. Shit I cant produce any of those numbers:(:rolleyes: Kill that shit for your lil homie Skull bro. I was wondering tje same thing about dropping weight an remaining strong. Usually when you drop weight your numbers drop as well.
 
Strong lil Asian . I had a Thai workout partner that was like this , freaky strong . He could get into the zone so easily .

Im dropping 1/4-1/2lb a day so I will take 90-100 days to lose 35lbs .
Im mapping it out and gonna start a strength log (and here too)...

Ya that's crazy strong for his size. Shit I wish I could put up numbers like that but my best has only been 2 plates:rolleyes: O well, ill just stick to crazy volume to get to where I wanna be;) Im not to worried about crazy strength anyways but I do however want crazy size lol:D
 
I seen this shit just the other day an was fuckin amazed an still wonder if its fake or not. I don't think it is but its one hell of a bench for anyone let alone someone who is 157lbs lol

Up until about 4 yrs ago 225lbs was about my max bench too Skull . You"ll get stronger . Powerlift more ...
