First cycle test-e 400mg/wk w/pics

Weight: 228
Age: 25
Bench: 320 x 2
Squat: 275 x 5 ( i dont feel comfortable going too heavy with squats)
Deadlift: 325 x 3
I have been working out 5 days a week for about 4 1/2 years in which i went from about 190 to my current weight of 228.

Cycle info: test-e 200 mg 2x/week for 12 weeks
I also have been using creatine 5g daily a month prior to starting this cycle
Adex on deck for any sides
Nolva and clomid for pct

Diet will be 400 grams protein
4500 calories
 
First pin yesterday. Went smooth i used my right thigh with 25g 5/8.
A couple hours later i did back which was:

Overhand barbell rows 3 sets 10 reps super set with wide grip pullups 3x 10
Underhand barbell rows superset with underhand pullups 10 reps was the goal but at the end i was struggling to get 4.
Deadlift 5x 10
 
Ok i just read on a couple different forums where it was said to not use the adex unless your having sides but it does make more sense to prevent before it can acctually happen. Took .25 today
 
Adex will help reduce estrogen build up ....I'm on trt and use 1mg a week but I just use it once a week but there has been plenty of times,I have forgotten to take it and I start acting all emotional and shit lol
 
Also am prescribed adderall 20 mg a day didnt mention it at first but it definitely effects me as far as motivation and focus. Only thing i dont like is lack of hunger its literally a chore to eat
 
Im sorry my girlfriends pregnant and ive been workin 60 hours a week. Im on week five and will do the 10th pin tomorrow. Stamina is through the roof and i hit 335 on squats for 5 going to 90 degrees
