Alright brothas bouta go kill this chest workout. I'm puttin those 100's up on incline like LIGHTWEIGHT BABY!! I can feel it. Gonna get crazy chest pump going and then blast the triceps at the end.
Since I stopped tbol last week, the immediate energy and strength output that comes from it has diminished a bit. But my strength is still climbing, NPP is packing on QUALITY mass all slowly but surely, haven't experienced any bloat, seems like every lb I've gained so far is LBM, potentially even dropped some bf.

My metabolism and calorie burn is insanely high right now. I am literally hungry again within an hour of eating. If I smoke I can just keep eating. If I miss my calorie goal for even just a day or two, my weight will start dropping again, it's crazy. It's all about CONSISTENCY!! Still 180-181lbs yesterday.

Waiting on these pics from the photo shoot, hopefully have some by the end of the week. Have a second one coming on March 5th, this time hopefully to endorse some supplements or apparel, we will see what companies want to work.

Edit: on a different note, how often is HCG faked. I want to order some to start doing 250iu 2x a week. Can I go with a generic or should I pay the extra for Ovidac or some brand name. I am looking at ordering from US Fusion Supply. Feedback appreciated.

Looking good. Not sure about how much HcG is faked or not, but you can check once it get it by using a pregnancy test. Similar to labmax, pregnancy test will only confirm if HcG is present but won't provide dose/strength.

I got some HcG from China that is near expired and I can tell it's loosing potency because my balls don't drop nearly as low and pharma HcG gives me light acne for few days afterwards and the Chinese don't.
 
Man my weight is not budging. Still 178ish early in the day. I don't get it, there's no way I'm not in a calorie surplus. I've been havin 6 meals a day + 600 calorie shake + 2 50g whey protein shakes with milk and random snacks lol. I mean I look bigger... Get stronger each lift.

Started upping my NPP dosage back up, currently on 1.2ml MWF, going to up it my .1ml a week until I'm at 1.5, then run it till its out.
 
I am no expert, but I feel as long as your strength is increasing, then you are building muscles even though scale isn't moving.

What's you macros at in total? I needed 4700cals with 700 carbs on my bulk I got from 188-205lbs then kept 196lbs

Not sure exactly, haven't been counting em, just been eating anything and everything for the most part. I would imagine they are close to 4-4250

Edit: part of it could just be me expecting things too fast. I have to remember it's only the beginning of week 5. Test gains are just starting. I still have AT LEAST 11 more weeks on cycle. If I can gain 1lb each one of those weeks, then I'll be up 22lbs from this cycle. I think that's a realistic goal as well. Keeping my e2 low and minimizing water retention and bloat is also playing a part in slower weight gain, but I'd rather gain as much Dry LBM as possible and lose as little water as possible when coming off. I am happy with everything in this cycle so far. Bloods in a week or so.

Yesterday hit Chest, worked up to 100's DB incline press got 6 reps with a small spot on number 6. Also hit heavy flat DB press 4 sets of 10 with 80, i like to use most of my energy for my incline press first because i feel like everyone always lacks in the upper chest, so i want to make it a focal point as i feel it helps really make the chest look big and full. Heavy Decline machine press and then a bunch of fly variations to pump the muscle, normally 5 sets using reps 20-15-12-10-8 increasing weight. Added some triceps at the end, had a great workout.
Hit back today, have decided to avoid anything that puts my low back at a disadvantage right now, so i am skipping all deadlifts, bent over rows, and probably squats (might opt for front squat?) for the next week or so just to give my low back a deload, it was feeling tight but i have been stretching and foam rolling atleast 4-5x a week and its feelinng a lot better, just want to give it more time. So my workout focused entirely on Width, Wide lat pull down, close handle pull down, straight arm lat pull, High-mid-Low face pull, DB pullover, Seated low row, then added some biceps for 3 exercises.
In all my workouts recently i have been adding dropsets on normally the last set of each exercise. Double or triple drops. The pump has been crazy. My friend gave me a fitbit for free, and it says how many calories you burn in a day, but i dont think its very accurate, especially if your on cycle. As of right now 9:11 pm my time it says since 12:01 am i have burned 2,422 calories. So by midnight tonight it will probably only hit 2800 max and i easily have been eating 3.5-4k cal 5 Days out of the week if not everyday. I think when you are on cycle since you have raised test and maybe body temp like how you get night sweats then you burn more calories because your metabolism is faster when your on cycle. Not sure but i think i definitely burn more calories than the fitbit says, lol.
Other than that, everything good. So i am coming up on week 6 here, test will be stable levels and everything in full effect. I have been feeling good, libido good, mood is good, havent had much anxiety as i was before, not much at all actually, and getting night sweats most days of the week. Most days i have been feeling hungrier, dont know if thats related to the cycle or just my body needing more calories to maintain so its becoming hungrier more often.
Hitting a "rest" day tomorrow, just gonna hit abs and calves. Not doing any cardio right now.
Regarding hair loss, i havent noticed anything out of the ordinary. My hair is normally buzzed pretty low, but i dont see any thinning thats noticeable. I have always had some dandruff, i dont know if that can be related to any potential hairloss, but if i run my hands through my head for a bit i may see 1 or 2 strands of hair fall.
Im actually going to run out of the brand of adex i am using, it is a "pharm grade" from alldaychemist, i believe called altraz? The other arimidex i have is Pharmacom, ill see where blood work puts my current e2, i may have it too low and if thats the case i will try just continuing the aromasin at 12.5 EOD

Weight still isn't budging, actually went down a lb. might be from the food poisoning I had and all the throwing up. But regardless, I'm making a change. The diet I have previously posted is now being tossed out the window and I'm forgetting the concept of a "clean" bulk, this is now an eat everything bulk. I will still keep it relatively "clean food" keeping most of my meals the same, eggs, chicken, potatoes, rice, steak, also keeping all my 50g whey shakes and 600 calorie "mass builder" shake post workout, might add one of these before bed as well. Also adding more snacks, anything I want really, mostly will consist of fruits and peanut butter, almonds, granola bars, trail mix, and occasional cheats like donuts. I will also be adding "fast food" like In n Out or Habit burger or chipotle, somewhere where I can get high calorie meals, at least 3x during the week as well. Allowing myself to eat more sweets too, my go to is ice cream. Pretty much just eating anything to ensure there is no way I'm not over my maintenance cals. My Fitbit put me at 2700 cal burn... There's no fuckin way it's that low. TDEE calculators put me around 3-3200 which is probably a bit closer, but I think being on cycle I can add at least 250-500 more to that. So call it 3500-3700 for maintenance.
I'm going to track all my cals in the next few days to see where I'm at.
On another note, I'm still getting stronger, I physically look bigger just don't weight more, crazy vascularity, looking crazy lean too from the front I look probably 8-10% bf but I hold some fat in lower back probably closer to 11-12%. Let's see what we can do this week lets fuckin kill it !!

Edit: oh yeah also upped NPP to 1.3ml MWF this week. Think I'm gonna plan on bloodwork the start of next week

Also thinking about adding a half gallon of chocolate milk everyday on top of everything else, icing on the cake with that extra 1200 cal 88g p 120c and ~20g f

It's confusing me cuz I'm definitely in a surplus most days, kind of annoying!! Though I guess it's not bad to get bigger while weighing the same lol. Guess that means I can just be even bigger than I imagined at my

What do you mean by "most days?" 3 or 4 days out of the week?? Maybe you need to be in a surplus everyday.

Meaning that, since i cant seem to figure out how many calories i am burning per day, there is potential that some days i am at maintenance or in a small surplus when i only consume 3750-4000 cal, but then other days probably 4 or 5 days out of the week i have been adding more snacks, cheating more, eating whatever just to pack in calories and on those days i feel like there is no way im not in a surplus when i consume 4500+ cal.

yes i do smoke bud
about a year and a half ago i was a chronic smoker multiple times a day, but i quit for about 4 months and now i just smoke at most once a day before bed, not even every day though. Recently smoking bud has really been helping me put down extra food haha,
