Leancuisine joins the darkside.....:cool:

Went to bed around 530am via insulin induced coma.
Woke up feeling like I had strept. Idk if I'm just dehydrated or what the dealio is but I'm resting and hoping to go to the gym in a few hours to get in some leg work.

But on to more important things... like what I ate last night.
2 big ol panckaes, mixed some instant french vanilla pudding in the batter, lathered them up in peanut butter, topped them with marshmallows and sliced bananas, and drenched it in cinnamon maple syrup.

@insaiyan93 - this is my alternative to beer ;)
seems like you have had several days where you arent feeling well man..I get run down more often when Im cutting. As long as your fluids and rest are in order, I'd start looking at things like supplementing with vitamins as often Im very restrictive in my food selection. l also start watching my AI dose closely, slam your E2 too long and it seems like your immune system becomes compromised. I get 2 gallons of water a day, some coconut water or pedialite, whole food multivitamin and bump my vitamin C up.

I'm very in-tune with my body I like to think, however, I also embrace the suck and forget what normalcy is. Try to take an unbiased view at your health or better yet ask your girl if she's noticed signs and see how you can get back up an running 100, aint no shame in taking a day off (these days)...you will come back stronger.

It's cool if that's your thing, I dont discriminate. But it's fucking absurd to me when they dont recognize, I had a guy telling me "most guys switch to powerlifting because they cant cut it as a bodybuilder...it's a lot easier and Im just as strong as all of them PLUS look better."

Gotta say... after eating those pancakes, my calves had all sorts of veins traversing them.

You could do it, so far you've accomplished everything you put your mind to. The only thing holding you back is shaving your entire body and spray tanning, which I know is a fairly large hurdle for ya ;)

LC is just a freak, he looks like most guys want to look after hypertrophy based programming but did it on the platform and has lungs to boot. I could see him on a pro crossfit circuit or something, a very few elite number of athletes are cleaning almost 1.5xBW then can jump on the rower/bike for 10min circuits. I better get that banana pudding recipe...
 
Yo. Did legs today. Got as high as 365 for 8 and called it quits on squats.
Usually takes me 15-20 seconds to catch my breath between sets. Took me 2 minutes going from 225 to 315 today :(
Hit some RDL @225, bunch of calves, and sissy squats. Lots of rest today, breathing sucked.
