I've been on the cusp of getting on the gear for about 6 months.
I've just lost 44 lbs in 8 weeks with diet and lifting only.
So that's given me the confidence that I can keep my diet right on the AAS.
I've got some pre-bloodwork lined up and I am GTG as soon as my shit arrives!
 
How much body fat are we talking. Not to hijack my own thread, but if your BF is way up there, you should consider something for high Blood pressure. You don't want to go MIA by the silent killer in a few weeks bro, lol
 
Am taking a longweekend off work, thought I'd do an extra couple of days of DNP. 400mg, 200 in the morning, 200 at night. Hardly eaten, worked out hard, dropped 6kg, 13pounds, since Thursday. Will see what's left when the water comes off this weekend.

Day 1, 2 and 3 went ok. But today, holy cow. Woke up in a puddle, had gone through 2 pillows. Bloated as hell, squishy and man, that couch is difficult to get out of. Am dodging the wife now, need to bite the bullet and do some gardening. After the couch.
 
Weight: 100kg / 220lbs

Strength is same as 8 kg / 20 lbs ago. I can PR anytime on DL.

How's the DNP working out for you? Getting plenty of water and salts in?

Hey man, it's a harsh product. It really gives the term 'sides' a new dimension. 400 per day taken in two sittings is the threshold for me. Anymore and my life gets difficult lol. At 400, the sleeplessness and night headsweats are the worst. Went through two pillows last night.

The effect though, it's maddening - I wake up more defined every morning. Plenty of water, but no salt for me.
 
If you're sweating loads and pissing loads, I'd strongly consider keeping your sodium, potassium and magnesium up. The potassium will keep your BP down a bit and magnesium helps with the lethargy, too.
 
Good tip ... Will get some magnesium. The reason I dropped sodium in the first place was bc my bloat problems on higher test. Now that I am doing test at 400/week with both an AI and the masterone, maybe I could add back some sodium.

The piss is poisonous - dark yellow/brown and the smell oh my flung
 
Weight: 97kg .... That's 10 kilos down, 22 pounds with no strength decrease.
