Race to the 4/5/6 milestone (the big 3 lifts)

I post mine to help out anyone that's looking for an example and to get feedback. Yea my face is a little visible but you know.

It's a blessing and a curse...
Trukker has seen it first hand. My girl was telling him and Mrs Trukker how I subconsciously gave one of my pitbulls social anxiety :(

We just pace all night long and peer out windows, I've got the wireless security cams linked to a tablet. I peek out high and he moves the low blinds with his nose, then we switch o_O

It's true...he has the blinds permanently on his forehead
 
Mid year bump, especially for my fellow competitors. I don't know if I'll get there on bench and squat this year staying at 220, but we'll see.

opposite here. I'm expecting to get it for bench and squat. Sadly not deadlift though cause of this lat injury, but we'll see. I'm certainly trying to get there. I hate having a weak deadlift.

I could probably hit the squat easier than the bench staying at 220lbs. I probably won't be hitting a max without wraps anytime soon though. Maybe right after the meet just to say I did if I feel capable of it.
 
You mean the same day after the meet finishes? Or a few days after?

No, maybe that week though. I'd want around 550 in wraps to feel like I could hit 495 raw. Honestly I'll probably go conservative on my third squat to ensure I surpass that deadlift record easily. Not like a token squat or anything, just a sure thing so no grinder or possible injury.
 
Hu this is kinda cool I forgot about this thread, I'm kinda in the running now. I'll have a 6plate deadlift by the end of summer and most likely a 5plate squat only thing is even on a TNG bench I'll be hard pressed to get beyond 365 and that's optimistic of me. All sub 200lb though

Time to bulk to 220 or 242 and watch your bench numbers go through the roof.
