Why am I gaining so much on test? Doing hours of cardio everyday?

SO I was 225 a about a month ago than started 500 test after crusing for a few weeks than went all they way up to 245lbs, cutting doing 2-3 hours of cardio every single day along with lifting, and eating eating 2000-25000 calories, even with an ai and I've been doing steroids for a few years, but it's crazy I'm gaining so much weight looking bigger even doing so much cardio and eating so little? If I were to up my dose to 750 I'd be no doubt about 5'9 250lbs. My receptor androgen sensitivity must be really good or something.
 
When you're on a caloric deficit for so long the body gets hungry to gain weight. I did a 4 month plan of weight loss. I lost 30lb. I ran lgd for 2 weeks and my weight went tru the roof, then I ran 300mg npp and 500mg test per week along with pharma adex. My weight got even worse. I put on so much water that I couldn't walk. My belly got very swollen as if I was running slin. Sadly I put back all the fat i loss cause my diet wasn't clean but fixing my diet afterwards didn't removed the excess water retention. but I did gain decent amount of muscle. Now I'm back on the weight loss journey and will be on a clean diet for the rest of my life.
 
All water. You need to increase your AI or change it or get some pharma grade if you're running RC AI. Clean up your diet between carbs and sodium. Double your water intake. You're holding water in the organs also I'd bet so you've got a GH style bloat to your abdomen also. Swollen ankles? You have some socks rings around your ankles at the end of the day? Hard to catch your breath after a heavy set? Face turns red when you bend over or hard to breath doing bent over exercises especially when wearing a belt?

I'm predicting your E2 levels are climbing like crazy and you're about to have some worse sides from the elevated E2 soon. Get on it now. You can't flex fat and water gains don't count. They will leave as soon as you come off.

thanks for the reply but I keep my carbs relatively low like 150-200 especially since I do 2-3 hours of cardio daily and I know it's not estrogen related because I've literally crashed my estrogen with cracking joints with pharma aromasin and still went up to 240/245lbs

I know it's mainly nitrogen retention/glycogen

thanks, I will I think it must have to do to having good androgen receptor sensitivity because I see so many people who struggle to gain weight on cycle eating a shitload and here I am trying my hardest to lose weight and gained like 20 pounds I looker fuller and bigger with a little bloat though which I guess is subcutaneous water and comes with the territory of test.

My guess, you're wrong about you're calories, and lying about your cardio. I'd guess you're in a caloric surplus, or it wouldn't be POSSIBLE to put on weight.

This. You will not put on weight with a caloric deficit and "2-3 hours" of cardio. Gear or not.

You're either being creative with the truth, or you're the first human ever to be able to gain weight on a caloric deficit with that amount of cardio.

I know which of those cases I suspect to be true.

might I call this bullshit, 25lbs in a month, you'd have a hard time doing that on a surplus even then you'd look gross because im sure it would be all water, whats your real caloric intake?

I might buy 20 pounds in the second month if your diet and training are absolutely perfect and you've never touched gear in your life.

But 20 pounds in your first month while taking an appropriate AI dose?

I also have a bridge for same just outside of Brooklyn.
 
Guys this is for real, I was weighing like 225 with normal estrogen ranges than I did about 750mg of test than balooned all the way up to 245lbs within few weeks even with pharma aromasin but the last few weeks I have been just staying on 250mg test every 10 days and this is with doing 2-3 hours of cardio and lifting daily 2000-25000 cals ad day and still at 240lbs but I've been cutting for a year and half too, I would literally be 250lb if I upped my test, this is with 150-200 carbs as well but I've been doing gear for almost 4 years now and prior to this took like almost and a month a half from gear,

I think I may be I literally was 225 with normal estrogen than ballooned up 240/245lbs within a few weeks, cracking joints and I now I have been just doing 250mg test every 10 days and still maintaining 240lbs even when I crashed my estrogen all while eaing 2000-2500 calories and 2-3 hours of cardio and lifting, god forbid I cheat and eating 300G+ of carbs id be 250lbs bloated and I've been cutting for a year and half from around 290/280
