There's no way someone can do 2-3 hrs of cardio everyday. Even marathon runners don't. But tbh I did put on 30 lb in the first month of my recent bulk. I ran

Superdrol 9/04 to 9/18. 10-15g
Npp, test, adex 9/10 to 10/27. 300npp & 500test e per week
Anavar 9/26 to 10/27. 50g
It was the craziest gains I ever seen. At the end of the cycle I put on 62 lb mostly water and fat. I had trouble walking then started eating clean after 5 weeks in the cycle but wasn't able to drop the water weight. Maybe my previous cut had something to do with the excess water retention. I did a strict 4 month plan of weight loss and took dnp for the last month. Now I'm in day 55 of another strict weight loss plan and have dropped so far 30lb.
I think I learned my lesson now after months of losing weight and gaining it back, then losing it again.
