So I'm planning this 16 week cycle .
I want to do a mix of Lean bulk the first 10 weeks and the rest 6 weeks a quick cut .
I know diet plays a key role to make the differences between bulking and cut . Gear will be just to enhance that summer look.

*Dmz as a kick start 20-30 mg x day
(Dimethazine i just fucking like dmz)
Cut

Bold 500mg
Week 10-16
Tren A 200-300mg x week
Week 10-16
Var 40-50 mg

Clen
Adex will be use as need it.
