Lean bulk & cut summer time

So I'm planning this 16 week cycle .
I want to do a mix of Lean bulk the first 10 weeks and the rest 6 weeks a quick cut .

I know diet plays a key role to make the differences between bulking and cut . Gear will be just to enhance that summer look.

I want some help in dosing; give some opinions .
Just as a side note; past cycles I always use low doses and been getting great results so I'm not a big fan of superdoeses . Anyways here's the cycle
Lean/bulk
Week 1-10

*Teste e 300mg x week

*Bold cyp 500mg x week

Week1-4
*Dmz as a kick start 20-30 mg x day
(Dimethazine i just fucking like dmz)

Cut

Week 11-16

Week 11-16
Test prop 400mg x week

Week10-13
Bold 500mg

Week 10-16
Tren A 200-300mg x week

Week 10-16
Var 40-50 mg

Week10-16
Clen

Adex will be use as need it.
Then a week after last pin pct.

Yeah I'm considering all options and clen is pending .

Good plan on short esters to end.
I wouldn't think you'd need to stack on Var or Clen with that many/much injectables.
You also can't run Clen for 6 weeks straight.

Looks like a great cycle man. I would run the test at 4-500mg wk but hey that's just me.
Cabaser or Dosinex kill all puffy/ichy nips that I get from tren. Everyone's different though.

Thank you . Yeah I might bump the test . So far I'm able able to do 500mg test x week no adex need it.
But I know
That tren is a different story.
 
Looks like a fun cycle. I'm interested to see the progress! What does your diet look like for the first and second portions?

First part I'm going to be eating around maintenance 3300-4300 calories
40carbs/40protein/20fats. %
Then the second part will lower calories to
2500-3000
30carbs/50protein/20fats .
What you think man ? I know you have a great exprecience in fixing those numbers .

Lately I been incorporaríng short esters at the end it's works great.
 
If you're running Tren on week 10-16.. IMO, you really don't need Var or Clen.. Just lower your test level or increase your Tren.. Many have great results cutting when running Tren high and Test low.

Clen and ephedrine (ECA) effects the same beta receptors.. So switching between them wouldn't make much of a difference. Over a long period of usage you start to down-regulate your beta receptors-That's why most will cycle 2 week on and 2 week off.. But there's some folks who runs it year-round and take ketotifen to help keep the beta receptors from down-regulated. IMO, Just pick one and go with it and adjust your usage base on your results.. if you can go more than 2 weeks and still seeing or getting results.. keep going!

Only thing I would suggest is for the cut, dropping your protein intake and upping your healthy fats. Looks good otherwise. Can't wait to see your progress!

Clen for 6 weeks straight is a waste of clen.

Try TestP:TrenA 1:1, then adjust to 1:2

Remember, high carbs will increase sweating.. For cutting, you should look into carb cycling or timing. I only carb up when it's lifting or squat days.. Low carb on cardio and yoga days.. Yes Motherfer, I do yoga! :)

150p 300 tren A x week right ? Just making sure .
Yeah I'm one of those that don't like to go crazy with high doses.
