DNP Log

Day 15, noticeable difference in body fat however the scale is pretty much the same. Been taking 300mg ED although I took 370mg yesterday.
 
Forgot what day it is but everything is going great! Been really losing a lot of fat lately and I have to say I am extremely impressed with this drug considering the results and lack of sides. My dose and precautions am sure helped a lot.
 
DNP working great just started at 5mg/kilo bw so 500mg/day. Works amazing and have no sides too overbearing to complain about. Getting night sweats, not as hot as I would assume I would be. Veins coming through nicely and will probably never do a cut again that doesn't include DNP. Going to be done in a couple weeks and see what labs say.
 
What were you results? I cap my own so I can weigh out the powder. That was one of the things I wanted to make sure I did so I wouldn't fall victim of somebody's overdosed caps.

Day 8:
Did 300mg today, nothing much to add. Seems like my body got used to the sides as I am not getting warm as much? Strange..
Do you think LOW dose T3 can help with DNP fatigue?

It's been going great!!!!

I love DNP! I am running 500mg/day and noticing a larger and larger difference in how cut I get. I feel like the body gets used to the sides somewhat. I don't see the sides being difficult to manage. I take electrolyte supplements, potassium, magnesium zinc, but in the morning I can still be pretty "choppy" in my muscles so my calves spasm when I walk. After I eat I feel better though.

Sides:
Warm, nothing too bad my temp stays at 98-99 degrees. At night the sweats can get intense and this is more noticeable at 500mg than it was in the beginning(200mg/day).
Spasms, mainly in the morning due to lack of electrolytes.

My weight is 206, I threw in some tren because why not and it has got me growing like crazy. Muscle memory is crazy I am blowing up pretty big and losing a lot of fat. I am down 5 points on my belly fat from 20 to 15 with a body fat caliper. After tren was thrown in I have been eating 4000-4500 calories.

I don't feel DNP is catabolic in the same way other fat burners are, perhaps because the pathway of ketogenesis feels forced. DNP forces fat to be used so it's not like you need to manipulate macros much to get the desired effect. I posted a study earlier in this thread which touches upon this more.

I really really like DNP though. I haven't had any scares or moments where I felt overpowered. I think clen is a lot worse on sides than DNP is. DNP doesn't effect BP or pulse either which is great. Secondly isn't renal or hepatotoxic.

I would strongly recommend trying DNP if you need to burn a little of fat.
Buy it in powder form so you can capsule it yourself to make sure of the dosage.
Start low 200mg and work your way up, DNP has a 3 day half life so it WILL take 3 days until you are running the actual dose you are taking.
Make sure you are getting electrolytes, the spasms/cramps are because of a lack of electrolytes. I only notice this in the morning.
Stay hydrated, I am not doing anything particular in regards to making sure I drink this and that amount of water. If I am thirsty I drink..

I haven't experienced much of a fatigue, I get tired from working out pretty intense and rebuilding muscle. I heard somebody said to take it easy in the gym but I have been hitting it hard, I don't do cardio however.

I haven't gotten labs done to check my t3, I guess it would have been interesting to have done labs before and after my cycle is done.
 
In general I am really surprised how hyped up the sides of DNP is. I think you have to be cautious with DNP and respect it. But it's like alcohol be responsible. I have never used a fat-burner before that I thought was worth using or that I noticed was actually working besides DNP. I have used clen, t3, t4, and ECA before.

All this "in my opinion/experience."

Anybody with bad DNP experiences please chime in, I would be curious to where these bad or rough reviews come from first hand. On the internet you get that "I heard" thing going so that things people hear is fact when the reality of the situation might not be true.

I and a female I'm close to have both run it twice with no sides other than the sweating. It just gets a really bad rap on this forum. We both will continue to use it as we see fit.

I don't see a problem with HGH and DNP. The lipolysis from each would be magnified without causing a catabolic environment. In regards to adding the T3 is where it gets dicey IMO. 25-50mcg of T3 is basically replacing what your thyroid naturally makes so I would run more for the fat lass BUT this is where the problem comes. A side effect of hyperthyroidism is hyperthermia. DNP is hyperthermic enough and adding in a decent dose of T3 might exacerbate that to dangerous territory.

Yeah extremely bad reputation! Glad to hear more people have used it and gotten to the same conclusion.

I found that at 500mg/day is where I start laying beach towels down in my bed to sleep on but to me some sweating compared to the magnificent results is nothing.

I found that at 200-250 mg is where the threshold is for sides such as sweating or feeling warm and increasing the dose to 300-400 basically didn't increase my sides noticeably but the effect was much greater. 3-5 mg/kilo body weight is what I would run.
I personally wouldn't fuck with T3 though t4 would be a better option with hGH. I don't think I would run t3 or t4 ever though, DNP is great at what it does and I don't like causing imbalance on too many different systems.

Haven't taken any DNP in the past couple days going to rest a week or two and then blow off the rest of the bodyfat that needs to be gone. So far I am extremely excited with the results from DNP and look forward to using it again.
