Very basic cycle for quality mass (progress photo)

Hey fellas,

After about 4 or 5 years of break from AS,
I've decided to start with very basic cycle and see how it goes.
My stats:
30y
Starting weight 75kg, about 10-11% bodyfat
Height: 174cm

Last two years I was working out in bulking - cutting phase counting my calories.
Tremendous changes and then it kinda slowed, reaaally slowed.
Anyway the cycle is

500mg TRT enanthate - 14 weeks
dbol 40mg - 4 weeks
AI - I've started with 0.25mg each 3 days, then I gradually changed to 0.25 each 2nd and later in to each day.
PCT will be standart tamo and clomid combination, with HCG to start up my balls.
Got tamox on hand should gyno symptoms arise.

Cycle started 7th of april, I must say I'm quite satisfied with results.

Here is photo from 23th of march


Now here is from 8th of April, swallowed first 4 dbols then had a nice workout


18th of april - I've noticed nice gains on chest, traps and shoulders and arms


22th of april, pump was almost unbearable in a good way:-D


and here is most recent one from 29th of april
Solid strength gains, minimal water retention, almost no bloating.
Quite satisfied


4 days left until hitting 4 week mark, enanthate should start to be prominent somewhere around that period, Can't wait to see the results.

Diet looks on point. Besides calorie counting going from bulk to cut, did you make any major changes before starting either?

No major changes, now ive just raised my calorie intake a bit. Im not looking for massive gains. I was actually cutting before ive started cycle. Its quite tedious process to bulk and cut and again and again, it goes quite slow after about 2 years of proper training and diet, when you do it all natural like i did for last 2 years. At least for me. So now its same shit but more weights in gym, more reps. I got around 2200 calories per day
 
Almost finished with cycle, switched to propionate 100mg eod.

Jeez I would've never thought it was the same person in such a short period of time nice work. You react well to anabolics.

Do you mind filling me in on your diet as well as cardio routine if any?!
 
@Samael you are a good example that that a monocycle can work pretty good .

There's are some that on the first cycle they run like 3-4 different steroids ..that's crazy ..
By the way your AI is keeping you dry "those vains pooping out "
Any ways wold you mind sharing your diet ?

Im slightly above maintenance calorie intake around 2500 cals i believe. Tbh, ive didnt expected such results from very basic cycle like this.
Ive decided to run this cycle 4 weeks longer on propionate eod 100mg and added 4 days ago trenbolone acetate 80mg. I pin it with propionate same day.
Quite curious once it will kick in

No cardio at all, just heavy workout and watching what i eat and how much. Ill do HIIT sprints starting next week to bring them veinzzz out even more
 
What are your current macros ? If you don't mind sharing thanks.

This is my basic guideline, with one difference, there is at least 500g of meat instead of 250g, that puts protein at around 230g.
Never liked excessive amount of calories. This is my natural bulking macro.
Im just tweaking it on the fly as i see results. So far it works

Some would say 2-3 weeks is too short. I say it's absolutely fine in this situation. Seems like you are enjoying your cycle, good to see. 1 vial of Tren A isn't going to have that much effect good or bad at this point. However, do what you want to do to keep it fun.
 
Hey guys, I just finished with last pin of Tren. Aceate, and Test. Propionate.
I start my PCT in 2 days.

Overall i'm quite satisfied with this cycle, can't complain.
Never been in better shape with bigger strength then right now.
Can't wait for winter bulking cycle:-)

I've been blasting while on TRT for the past year and I haven't made anywhere near the gains you have. I'm pretty confident my diet is good and my workouts are on point too. Guess my receptors are saturated! Just goes to show you how different people respond differently to anabolics. So many variables. But Goddamn bro. You must be pleased. What do people in your life say? Surely they think you are on gear with such a drastic change in such a short time.

I was working my ass off last 2 years as natty, to get diet and workout into perfection.
I was counting calories, checking tables, etc.. for first couple of weeks.
Now it's all in my mind now and the Diet table I've posted its just a guideline.
With this particular cycle I was doing about 2200 to 2500 calories daily.
During last 5 weeks I've toned it down to around 1800 cals,
Veins came out, and Strength is quite amazing, never had such a numbers with lifts :-D
It was quite noticeable especially in tank top t-shirt when I was hitting iron like crazy.
Everybody was like WTF is this guy taking.
Such a pump and those goddamn veins popping everywhere, dauymn.
Never wanted to go OFF but oh well, all good things comes to end:-DD

I CANT WAIT to go FULL BEAST MODE with next (again basic) bulking/cutting cycle during winter.
Btw. I came from 71 kg to 82kg, so all in all , 10kg solid weight, not too bad considering calorie deficit.

Sorry forget to post workout routine.
Its nothing special, 5-6 times per week in gym.
Lots of compound exercises, db exercises.
3-4 series of as many reps as i can handle with heaviest weights , trying to add more weight each time or more reps or both:-)

But generally lots of deadlifts, squats, bench presses decline, incline, normal then military press, db incline, decline
Those my most favorite.
Routine is based on book bigger leaner stronger,
I just tweaked it to my liking.
