Sup everyone,
Started Dbol on July 21st at 40mg ED. My primary goal is to increase strength in the big 3 and that is all.
I am doing the add50 pound bench program and did workout 9 today. Didn't feel too much of a difference if anything and actually failed twice during that workout.
So, for day 4 I haven't really felt anything yet but have read that the effect kicking in can range from immediately to 2 week so we shall see (plan on running it for 4-5 weeks).
This is just to keep track of my strength and plus I found these useful when researching which oral I wanted to take. Will update either once or twice per week.
