I compete for the love of the sport. And if I'm going pump exogenous hormones into my body it's not going to be for recreation or to be a regular gym rat.

Life, for me, didn't work that way. When I was 17 I was super into going into the Navy. But, my dad asked me one simple question, one that I couldn't justify... He said "Could you kill someone, that you knew morally didn't deserve death, because your government told you to do so?" I said "No..." and that was that. There are times that I think my life could've been more enriched with military service, sure. But, I can't go back now. The way my life is now, it's just too good to leave. I have a great job, great girl and just a great life. I don't need to serve to be a good man, nor does having served make you a good man. I was giving great advice on how to go about getting a sponsorship. First he said not send a video of me competing in a competitors outfit.
