Okay here our brewing/sterilization protocols.

Sterilization

1. First all beakers, stir rods, and thermometer probes are dipped in a %90 isopropyl alcohol bath and allowed to air dry.

2. All vials are rinsed first with a water and bleach mixture then thoroughly rinsed. Then they are submerged in %90 alcohol and allowed to air dry. Finally they are subjected to dry heat at 450 degrees for 1 hour covered with foil.

3. All stoppers are of the highest quality to insure no debris flakes. They are also dipped in a bath of %90 isopropyl alcohol and allowed to air dry. This occurs at the time of the brew and stoppers are used at that time.

Filtering

1. First and foremost I visually inspect all raws for foreign material and the proper look and consistency for that product.

2. All oil are run 1 time through a .45 millipore filter and twice through a .22 millipore filter. Oils are powered through using a hand pump.

3. Finished vials are visually inspected with a flashlight to ensure a clean and sterile product is being put out.

Brewing environment

1. Nothing fancy here. I brew in my home kitchen.

2. All brewing surfaces are cleaned with a bleach water solution.

3. I wear a dust mask during the brew. ( would wear a hairnet but I'm bald)


Didn't mean to stir up any drama. Had I known it wasn't allowed I'd have never offered the gear. Won't happen again.
