The source is in Canada and they charge you in Canadian dollars which makes it a decent deal. The 2 vials I ordered arrived today. There is a link in the thread, bacteriostatic water in the underground. Just search for it once you get yo the site. I know of 2 peopl who have received and a couple more that ordered.

I dont know how to post the members name like trt did, so I hope you guys see this.

My bad I didn't realize you already had it made up. I thought you were just testing the waters. I would have never posted this otherwise.

All good my dude. I actually make it to order since water filters a lot faster than oil. So no harm. Plus, I am USA so it's just another option.

legally you can't sell bac water as bac water or anything else considered sterile. FDA cover that areas with CFR 21, 600. in order to call something sterile or whatevers you need to meet those testing standards set out in the 600-680. Someones might nots care about selling water on here seeing the other things that get solds but don't think you're free from the law breakings

Someone in the hghpro thread asked about water badly. @picholas you might wanna track them down.

Just do the typical thing and post how you make it. I'll buy it from ya.

No you are wrong, I can not sell it advertised for injections, but it is water with BA in. No controlled substances. I am not meeting FDA standards as I am not a legal vender to a pharmaceutical company.

So don't go spewing some half assed knowledge when you don't know what you are talking about.

It is 100% legal to sell and buy.

Yeah, I think there are pictures of all my stuff scattered in homebrew but I'll do the meso tag and compile it all later this week. Been busy with football since Thursday lol.

Except you are selling it for injection. Just by making a disclaim saying "not for inject" when you are marketing it to people you know only intent for injecting doesn't magically clear you.

Go ahead and sell it, there's much worse being sold here than water, but don't go thinkings youre free from foul.

Again wrong, that's how they sell bongs, a simple "for tobacco use only" sticker on it absolves you.

Honestly stop, you have no idea what you are talking about and are just coming off more and more ignorant.

except tabaco and hooka are legal and bong can be used to smoke them. Bongs and pipes in lots of jurisdiction aren't considered drug use unless there is drug residue in them or they are found with drugs. I watch people go through Custom hours a day with pipes and this is exactly what they get told.

@RCCP read, learn, stop typing.

Does the FDA regulate personal care products?
FDA's legal authority over cosmetics is different from our authority over other products we regulate, such as drugs, biologics, and medical devices. Under the law, cosmetic products and ingredients do not need FDA premarket approval, with the exception of color additives.

The FDA has approved the use, in small amounts, of Benzyl alcohol in foods as a flavoring and fragrance. You will find it in things like gum, soft drinks, candy and baked goods. It is usually used with other ingredients to add fruit like flavors to products such as cherry or orange.

Benzyl Alcohol in Health Care
Benzyl alcohol is used in the health care field as both an anesthetic and for it’s antimicrobial properties. It can be used in solutions to clean wounds and in skin care, especially for minor cuts and abrasions. It can be used topically before injections for it’s numbing effects. It has been approved to be used in intravenous medications as a bacteriostatic preservative. As such, you will find it in bacteriostatic water that is used for reconstituting medications and research peptides.

You quote the FDA response to cosmetics, none of this is about cosmetics. it's about water intended to be injected, go ahead and quote what the FDA say about that

Your seconds quote from medlab does nothing to address water for injecting

Read the last part of the paragraph. Slowly this time.

Again. Real slow now.

I am not LABELING it as STERILE WATER for IM/IV Injection

It is just Bac Water, which is water with BA in it.

Water
BA

Both fine with FDA, post something that SPECIFICALLY proves otherwise besides posting that code and saying it falls under that.

The onus of proof is on you. I'll wait.

So I tell you that the FDA regulates water under CFR 21. but I need to find another source that shows the FDA regulates water? The 21 is where it is, that is the sources.

Thats like saying show me somewhere other than the controls substance list that steroids are considers a control substance. The US controlled substance list is the source for controlled substances just like CFR21 is the source.

The FDA controlls the labeling and classification of water for consumption, the source for that is in CFR 21, that simples.

Lets read your last part of the paragraph slower, for you. "It has been approved to be used in intravenous medications." by using it in meds you now have a pharmacological use and guess who controls that. It's the same FDA that who set standards for water already and water used in medicine requires certian standards. Gues where those standard are, again CFR 21. Everything is in 21 but I can't use 21 to show you where the FDA has the authority?

CFR - Code of Federal Regulations Title 21

Not a USP or FDA approved manufacture either.
30 ML Bacteriostatic Water » Peptide Pros

And this simple label they slap on suffices:
Warnings: This product is not meant for human consumption or ingestion, it is meant to reconstitute chemicals for research purpose only.

You are just wrong. Just because it HAS been approved doesn't mean I have to sell and label it as such.

FDA sets standards for STERILE water used in a hospital setting on humans.

I AM SELLING WATER for research purposes.

Not sterile
Not for injections
Not "in medicine"
Not for anything else but research

You really are a daft slow child.

Read the CFR link I posted.

PART 172 -- FOOD ADDITIVES PERMITTED FOR DIRECT ADDITION TO FOOD FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION

Subpart F--Flavoring Agents and Related Substances

Sec. 172.515 Synthetic flavoring substances and adjuvants.
Synthetic flavoring substances and adjuvants may be safely used in food in accordance with the following conditions.

(a) They are used in the minimum quantity required to produce their intended effect, and otherwise in accordance with all the principles of good manufacturing practice.

(b) They consist of one or more of the following, used alone or in combination with flavoring substances and adjuvants generally recognized as safe in food, prior-sanctioned for such use, or regulated by an appropriate section in this part.

Look what made the list:
Benzyl acetoacetate.
benzyl alcohol .
Benzyl benzoate.

BUT AGAIN I AM NOT SELLING USP OR FDA APPROVED ANYTHING
THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO ME

Great, you post a link to food additives, and great benzyl Alcohol is on there........ for use as a synthetic flavor.

Again, no one here cares that you are wanting to sell it. just don't think you're safe from legal fouls by slapping label to say it's for something else.

And really you post a link to peptide pros as an excuse to do it yourself? they are openly selling prescription medications with the warning "this isn't an prescription" There is a difference in being illegal and people caring that you're doing something illegal. They are wanting to make a foul, no one cares about it, but it is still foul.
