So I've been off and on drugs most of my life. Usually get clean and use the gym to stay that way then eventually relapse and back and forth and so on. So now im on MM (methadone maint) and I have no libido no drive but my general quality of life is much better than active addiction. Some day i wanna be opiod free but it prob wont happen soon. So I'm back in the gym and getting back into the swing of things and am about to start my first cycle within the next mo or so. Im 5'9" 170lbs male. Decent diet needs more work thgh. Im trting to gain some knowledge from anyone else who has already taken these steps what to expect or any mishaps i can dodge. Idk really. Just general info. Ive been clean from everything except obviously methadone for 4mo so its still recent for me. Please no ignorant or childish comments I've heard it all. Anything else thgh would be appreciated.
