So before the flames start yes bloods are good im on trt with doc and get tested every 6 months. Im about ready to do another bulk cycle. I have prior experience with tren, test, dbol, winstrol, deca( as high as 750test 300 tren).. i have never heard of superdrol and it sounds like a nice safe bulker that doesnt turn into estrogen.
My run would consist of
Test cyp @ 500
Tren ace @ 300
Superdrol @ (looking for advice)
I am not very sensitive to estrogen in fact i have never had soar nipples or any sides... maybe because i keep nolva/adex/arimisote on hand 24×7 or maybe i just had under potent shit in the past.. not sure...
My questions are
1. What can i expect on superdrol
2. Is this ok to stack with tren
3. Is there anything i should add to my diet/meal prep to maximize my results
My goals are to get a dryer bulk and gain about 10-15lbs. I do need to focus more on legs and lower back since this tends to be harder for me to build than my upper body.
I am familier with the sides of tren this is why i chose tren ace instead of enenthate due to sweats, sleeplisness and tren cough(tells me its working).
My diet is very consistent as in every day except i intermittemt fast on the weekends and have one CHEAT MEAL, this is not a CHEAT DAY lol.
Morning:
345am 1.5 cup granola and 1 cup almond milk
5am banana bread, coffee, 2 hardboiled eggs, 1 cut apple, 1 cup grapes
9am 2 cups cottage cheese with 5 cut strawberries
And 64gm protein shake with 60 grams complex carbs
11am 8 oz chicken (or whole breast) with 1 cup steam veggiea
1pm cliff bar and 2 bottles of water
430pm preworkout with BCAAs
5-7gym time
715pm proteinnshake with carbs again
8pm salad with 1 tbsp olive oil and chicken breast with asparagus
Bed at 10pm
I have been playing with my diet and this seems to be the best for me to retain energy in the gym and slowly drop my bf% . I was at 24% 2 years ago, now im at 15%bf at 215lbs.
Looking for constructive info on superdrol or if others based onnpersonal experience. Ty
