So in the past I have done about 5 Cycles. I've always on the same s u s 350 and deca. Ive put on over 30lbs or muscle in a year and half. But life is hard and I fell on some hard times and completely remove myself from the gym which was the most destructive thing I could have done. Now it's been almost a year since I've been in the gym and I want to put on some Mass this summer I'm shooting for 25 lb now I bought test e Tren a and d-bal I also have Clomid and nolvadex. I feel like I should have gotten tren E now but I didn't do so I'm wondering if anyone has any tips for an effective cycle plan or layout for me that won't let me go overboard with the tren.
