I’ve been seeing people say pharma grade var you only need 20-30mg and ugl var you need 75mg-125mg. It’d be cool to actually see proof of this. I didn’t know there’s different grades of var.
I’ve seen that too and it seems like broscience. I don’t see how tested products with 25 mg of var is any different milligram for milligram.

It's not. The only difference would be the binders and fillers that pharma uses.
i would assume they use whatever they use to create the ideal environment for absorption, where as an UGL just tosses in creatine or protein powder to fill the empty space in the capsule.

I never thought about the fillers affecting absorbtion. You think it makes that much of a difference, essentially doubling the effectiveness of the active ingredient?
No.
Also fillers are inexpensive as fuck and easy to obtain. Anything increasing potency over other fillers would immediately be seized on by all and sundry for marketing.
It doesn't work that way.

I don’t think it aids in the absorption so much but pharmaceutical fillers help to stabilize the drug. How much anavar is affected by that I don’t know but here’s a website that explains fillers and binders in detail so great and endlessly that you’ll fall asleep.
