6 Months Cycle Progress and Pic

Hey guys,

Recently came up on 6 months back on cycle. I have ran 300-400mg Test E the whole time, with about 4 months total of Tren Ace at 250-350mg. Also ran 2iu Genotropin 5 days a week for about 4.5 months. Ephedrine and caffeine has been ran off and on and just recently added in some low dose Cialis, Cardarine, and Dermacrine. Went from 215 lbs. down to current 195 lbs., and from around 23-24% body fat to current 12-13% (using the Parillo method with a manual caliper for measurements the entire time). Progress has been pretty consistent so I haven't had a real need to bump dosages higher than what I'm running now, so I've just been adjusting calories and/or cardio length. I'm a little leaner at the moment than this after picture. Other supplements I'm currently taking are Vitamin D3, K2, Zinc, and Magnesium.

Once I get down to 10% I'm going to drop everything for 4-6 weeks before starting in with another low dose of Test E and Tren A once again, and then will also add in about 350mg of Mast P and get back on 2iu of Genotropin M-F until I hit around 7-8% body fat. Trying to hold on to as much muscle as I can and have been pretty successful so far.

Another thing of interest to note, I was dealing with severe digestion issues at the beginning of all this before jumping back on cycle. This was during quarantine I was dealing with this, along with a shit diet of pizza and beer and just crap food in general, with no working out at all. Once I got back in the gym and started slowly adjusting my diet, the issues went away. It was so severe I was frequently on the toilet about 20-30 times a day. I thought for sure I was dealing with UC or Chrons, talked to a gastroenterologist and everything. Now, the issues have all but disappeared and I'm also using digestive enzymes with each cooked meal. Weird. I'm definitely lactose intolerant now though. Any type of dairy I consume and my stomach reacts immediately. Whey isolate is a no go now. But hydrolyzed protein I have no reaction to, so I stick to only Dymatize ISO100 now.

Currently in the gym 7 days a week either doing cardio on the recumbent and/or lifting. Fasted cardio in the morning on the bike, and lifting in the evenings. Besides some fatigue and sleep issues I'm feeling great. I'm starting to tell my body wants a bit of a break though with the fatigue and reduced sleep quality. Night sweats are also waking me up so that's part of the sleep issue.

But you are obviously still above 20% bf in your after pic, people don't know what real 10% bf look like

This is Andreas münzer, aka Mr.shredded he had 6%bf in this pic, i have 14-15% bf in my profile pic.

The bodyfat issue people have is they don't know what real 10%/15%/20%/ etc look like because most sources just tell wrong stuff.
Even the most shredded Mr.olympia athletes cant go below 8% bf.

You really did a good job but it is not 12-13% bf you have currently.

Thanks man. What are you basing your evaluation on what body fat percentages look like? I don't think it's obvious simply due to the variation in percentages from different methods of testing. Have you ever gotten hydrostatic weighing done, DXA, Bod Pod, multi-compartment modeling? Not trying to be an ass, just curious. I'm interested to know what kind of measurement method you're basing your 14-15% off of in your profile pic.

I am planning to soon visit some clinics close to me and get DXA and Bod Pod testing done to see the differentiation between them and the Parillo method that I currently use. I've been doing skin fold caliper measurements for years using a manual caliper and I feel like I have it down very well now, so it will be interesting to see the differences compared to DXA and Bod Pod. This is a topic I've always been very interested in simply because of how widely results can vary.

False, Andreas Münzer wasnt 6% bf, he was between -2% and -4%.. pretty sure.. the only fat he had was into his cranium... since brain is made primarily of fat if I remember correctly..
 
Ahh, 20%, 2%... unless you’re stepping on stage, a number is just a number. Hell, even on stage it’s really just a number. All about what looks good on you.

20% and 2% are fuckin important numbers and no one should fuck around with them...
Once I inverted them during a brew, and trust me, pinning 20% BA, seeing lot of red lumps on your body when you’re fearing the reaper, its fuckin fuckin horrible...

Would be cool if you could throw up more detail on what your diet (maybe an average day of eating) and training looked like.

Thanks! Diet has stayed around 2400-2600 calories, around 250-270g protein, 180-200g carbs, and around 50-60g fat. Fasted cardio 6-7 days a week. Training split into separate days of chest, bis and tris, shoulders and calves, back, and legs. I'll have to see about taking more pics where I can actually get some better lighting and set up the camera decently.

Nice progress, did you use any AI?

Where are you getting your info on these %s? Munzer died young from likely not carrying enough bf% which is typically 3% or greater. I’d be hard pressed to believe he was 6% in that photo at all. Olympia athletes are typically trying to hit in that 6% range from everything I’ve read. Some higher and some lower. Arnold was said to have hit 8% in his day. While I agree most people don’t know what a real 10% or even 20% looks like I think you’re swinging a bit the opposite way of explaining it.

I’m somewhere between your before and after pic, would like to be near where you are now sometime this summer.

Nonsense, that pic you are looking at of Andreas is about 3% bodyfat

Thanks man. Tren Ace was ran continually for 4 months, no break. Think from here on out ill do max 8 weeks for my runs with Tren, then 4 week break, then another 8 weeks and repeat. I do miss some shots during that time period though, I need to get better about that.

I am currently off all gear except for Genotropin at 2iu in the morning before cardio. Been off for 4 weeks now and will jump back on in another 4 weeks. Not running any PCT or cruising and feel fine. Getting bloods pulled in 3 weeks to see where I'm at.

Here's where I'm currently at after 4 weeks no gear. Weighing in at 185 lbs. at the moment. I've added in some Rauwolscine on top of the ECA and Genotropin. Once I get back on at Test E 350mg a week and Tren Ace at 250mg a week I will be continuing that until I hit around 9% at which point I will add in Mast Prop and T3 and up the Test and Tren another 100mg a week.

I hate weighing being this light in weight, but it was necessary to get all the fat off. Can't wait to blow up lean once I hit my goal body fat percent. It'll be Test Deca and Anadrol once that happens, probably throw in some short 4 week runs of Tren Ace in there as well.

One side effect of being off gear that I'm really enjoying right now is my sex drive is almost non-existent at the moment. Its ridiculous on Test and Tren and is a major distraction. I can actually focus more on my self-improvement (career, studying) when I'm not focused on pussy so much!

I am looking forward to getting back on in 3 and a half weeks though. My strength has gone down a bit, but I'm not too worried about it.

Yeah man. The ravenous sex drive on gear is tough especially when you have a girlfriend. So many hot girls in the gym drives me crazy, have to force myself not to look at any of em or it's going to get me in trouble. Off gear I couldn't give a shit about booty though.
