Up here in Canada we don't have private TRT clinics so the docs are a little more involved than "set and forget" . I personally draw bloods every 6 weeks ish. What combinations do you use BESIDES prop to get a little boost here and there? Especially ones that don't trash overall health and wellbeing ie fucking tren ace.
For example I'm on 40mg ed var while I cut up a bit before summer. Going to run it 4 weeks and leave 2 weeks before bloodwork. Hopefully that really helps to spare some lean mass I got over winter. I don't always want to fall back on the short half life or orals. I also don't need to gain ALL OF THE MASS RIGHT FUCKING NOW. More than willing to wait a extra couple years in my journey.
Saw a few members love MENT, any other suggestions?
Current script is for 125mg cyp a week pin Tues and Fri.
