Well no actually, they don't. They can do whatever they want and people can decide whether or not to buy from them. That's how capitalism and free markets work. If they didn't get any custom then they would have to consider lowering prices or raising standards but I think they'll probably get enough sales from reputation alone.
Yes, it would be nice if every UGL had to start batch testing but the reality is they don't have to do anything just because you want them to. Just how Titan don't have to accept other payments methods just because you can't use BTC.

Labels on gear mean absolutely nothing. You cannot determine the quality of gear by the quality of label. Some of the fanciest looking gear around is bunk. And typos happen.
I like lab tests too but a lot of people don't care so much. Especially in the UK domestic scene. Maybe in time that part of UGL european culture will transfer over to the UK market. Your continued crying over Chiron is just bizarre at this point though.
