Got bad news, what to do

Yes cause i got 2, this was not suppose to happen. I was suppose to get much less. Idk what happened
They couldn't offer some other mode of treatment other than locking you up in a cage?

From my own opinion of someone that hasn't had a drink in 17 years or anything else as far as drugs for more than 22 years.

Unless you want to be sober, locking a man in a cage does absolutely no good at all, if anything it might make it worse.

I used to live in an area surrounded by bars and when I'd be out at night when the bars closed down I would see the cops racing up and down the streets heading towards the bars to follow vehicles to make arrests. I've always wondered what the point of bars are other than a means to get people drunk and drive home to make lots of money for LE. It would be more ethical just to shut the bars down and stop the human misery and carnage they create, because if I owned a bar I wouldn't want anything to do with ruining peoples lives.

Either way the alcohol and DWI problem seem baked into our society, it's a racket to make a lot of money for a lot of people, including the legal system.

If you are in a US jail it may be difficult to get your test injections. It really depends on the jail, ive been to several in the past and a few of them would only give you your prescription if it was absolutely a medical necessity to keep you alive. If you know they jail your going to you could try calling them and see if their on staff nurse/dr would continue your prescription while in.

A couple jails I visited would keep you on whatever it was you had a prescription for. Seems to vary alot from jail to jail sadly

For the last 8 months i did in patient and outpatiet, and i was told it was just suppose to be a suspended license, by the judge and lawyer, then all of a sudden it just changed out of nowhere. No clue wtf happened. I can either do the time, or fight it and postpone but then i may just have to do it in a year. When the other court has a sentence. But i dont want anything worse the. This amount of time, but fighting it i could get no jail. But its not set in stone. No idea what to do.

Ok true

If i bought test U and then mixed it with castor oil? Would that make it last?
You can try it, but it won't last much longer than 30 days.

It's not a bad thing to build up a titer with Test U just to be safe, I certainly would, but it's not gonna go 60 days no matter what steroid plotter has it as.

Caster oil in the body doesn't magically stay put, the oil warms the body breaks it down in a few weeks and it's gone.

The main problem with low T is strength loss, if you go in with plenty of muscle mass and strength the longer it's gonna last you. You won't die going cold turkey, you might even feel better for a period cleaning your system out and restoring your ball function and other hormones naturally if you're forced to do so.

I would most certainly pick up a vial or two of Test U as I don't think you're gonna get pellets on short notice.

Have you asked your lawyer if he thinks it would be wise to fight it?

Fight it, don't passively go down without a fight.

The problem with our legal system is it is set up to make sure you don't fight or question the wisdom of what is after all just other men and women that pulled shit out of their ass and foisted it on the rest of us.

Lawyers unless they're paid top dollar are almost always useless, so you're the only defense you have unless you have deep pockets.

The legal system is designed so you never have to speak in your own defense, its encouraged that you never speak. It's completely absurd that we have a system where you're better off if you put blind faith in others to speak for you and a legal system set up to be difficult to navigate without years of law school. If people in mass never question, then the system becomes more and more powerful with no push back.

I simply don't trust lawyers. They get into a rhythm where cases are banged out and they know how the system works and it's set on autopilot. It's a no effort gig where thinking outside of the box isn't considered because what difference to does it make to a lawyer what happens to you as long as their check is in the mail.

I would make a case that spending time in a jail cell does absolutely no good to keep you from drinking again. You're gonna have to come up with something that will satisfy the court that you won't drink again, without being placed in a cage to rot so the state can use you as an example to terrify others, after all that's all this is about, it's just a means of terrorism used by the state.

Yea sorry I was making a bad joke.

That sucks man. I’ve learned the judicial system will fuck over anyone they can, especially those that don’t have the financial means to defend themselves. It’s pretty fucked up

Yes i called a place they dont do pellets. So my option is above. And pray they do test injections at the place

No difference between a Taliban running a Sharia court system using their Quran to figure out the proper punishment and our legal system which is just scriptures created by self important men/women to exploit the masses.

We know that 97% of all cases are resolved without a jury through a guilty plea to reduced charges.

We know that your defense is almost completely dependent on the amount of money you have to spend on a legal team.

We know jurors are for the most part off the streets and incapable of critical thought and are instructed by the Judge not to determine if a law is just, but only guilty or innocence of a law.

We know the state has limited resources and so there are limited options for correction of someone they deem in violation of the law. It's easier to put them in a cage as this creates jobs for idiots with no skills, one of the best employers in town.

In this case a psychiatrist M.D. should be the one to evaluate the person and their problem with drinking. Having someone go to work, check in two times a day to make sure they are sober and perhaps even 3 times a day with a breathalyzer hooked up to a facial scanner to make sure you're the one actually blowing the analyzer.

The absolute last thing you want is to stick someone in prison, it's almost always better to send a man to work, let them use their muscles and mind to sweat out their addictions, a jail cell is just mental torture that seems to me to backfire judging by the 67% rate at which people end up returning to jail or prison.

Yes i am talking with him soon. And i have questions for him. But how can i trust them and the judges, when this whole time they said own thing and all of a sudden changed. So if i fight and they say, it might lessen to no jail. But then it could he worse. Going to talk with him today.

Order that Test U quick and start building up a titer.

Then again I think you shouldn't just passively go to jail, you should figure out a way to avoid this and still satisfy the assholes running the legal business.

Yes i am paying him. I will be doing everything to show i am doing right, if i do fight it. And i guess i will end up doing so. Even if that means no license for that much longer. Will have ti work around it. But i agree, i am not drinking ti better my life, not to please the court. Going to find out how long the “fight” would take as well. As then i can get the pellets and everything i need in that amount if time. I just couldnt handle it being worse then what it is now. Which how would they do that if i do all but good.

I remember hearing on a podcast one time that recovering addicts are usually some of the best, most dedicated workers, and that has something to do with taking the addictive behavior and pouring it into their job instead of into a substance.

I think it was JRE, but I can’t remember who the guest was that was talking about it, but I believe he was a world renowned behavioral psychologist that specialized in addiction recovery.

EDIT: btw, that whole post was spot on, not just the part I quoted

I am paying the lawyer, he is solid. I think

You can't trust a lawyer.

I used to be called in as a witness as I would end up collecting drug and alcohol samples for the police when I worked night shift lab. I can assure you the defense, prosecution, and judge are all backslapping good friends. It's all routine and mindless, they're just doing their job bending you over and shoving the 12" up your hooter.

There job is to be as imposing and terrifying as possible, make it so you wouldn't fight back, that's how our entire police state is set up. Endless laws to make sure you never question your master.

Our government and our masters in all forms, have always viewed those that question with horror and fear, they fear more than anything else the day you question their right to rule.

Yea, i think i will fight and show them, all that i am doing. Because i am doing just that. I have worked so hard recently to move on with my life. And so will see in a couple minutes what lawyer thinks. He said he would fight it with me.yesterday. Just sucks too having that looking over my head, but its more motivation to start getting all this bullcrap on with, and start killing it in life. And living a life that is free and what i enjoy.

I hope he can fix this. By no means am I saying you should get off totally free of any punitive charges (and I know you aren’t, I’m just trying to add clarity to my post), BUT to have the court fuck you over and change the agreement is not at all ok.

I can see that being so, switching addictions is one way, that alleviates some pain, that substances bring.

And then would that backfire? Would they say, well you are wasting our time, you didnt take that sentence? Well do more then? That is scary to think about.
